    This is our second one of these. The replacement was defective and instead of sending us a new one they sent a tech out to fix it, but that only made it look worse. Upset I’m stuck with a defective item.

    I bought this LG to replace an LG that was about 9 years old before it died. I could not find a replacement that had a door that opened from the bottom upward (like the one that died), aso I went with this one. I regret the purchase entirely. IT is really flimsy by comparison, and I wish I had simply went ahead to have the prior LG model repaired..., which I still will likely do.

    The style and features are totally awesome, but as professional as LG is it is an extremely loud appliance. The fan is not quiet and the microwave itself is not quiet either. With today’s neck technology and the amount paid you would pretty much expect these features
