    I find L G micros inferior to other brands. Just replaced one less than 1 year old, it couldn't be fixed. My new LG which I bought because it fit in the old brackets was just fixed after just 2 weeks because the door panel did not mesh with side panel. Plus the personel at your Monroe NY store were not helpful at all.

    Great microwave

    It's a great microwave, works great. The only thing is they damaged my wall and still can't get anyone to come fix it. It's been almost a month and still nothing. Very frustrated. The people that come and install are not careful and just do everything in a rush, so i'd say keep an eye on them when they are bringing any product through your doors and walls, also when installing. And, make sure they don't damage anything in your house!. Because they won't tell you!

    Product does not vent adequately during microwave. LG service call useless and was in more of a hurry to leave than resolve. Needed to speak on call to understand their own product. My concerns expressed to LG rep of opening door and steam burning my face. Explained as this is how their product works. Ready to drop all LG products from a largely LG household. Hope my family or I do not require medical attention from this product that was confirmed operational functioning properly. POOR LG PRODUCT AND POOR SERVICE FROM LG.

    The heating element malfunctioned. Despite the fact that the part is covered for 10 years, LG will make you pay for the diagnostic fee and the labor, which will be almost as much as purchasing a brand new unit. What's the point of the parts being warranted if it doesn't make sense to replace them!?

    Bought this at the open box store about a year ago. Luckily we had the extended warranty because it is now broken. Had it replaced under warranty.

    Hangs down to low. If you are remodeling and can adjust the placement it would be a good choice. Doesn't fit well in regular space designed for over the range microwave.

    Horrible product. 1st one went out and I had it replaced under warranty. I forgot to get a new warranty for the replacement microwave. Now, 3 months past the 1 year mark, the replacement is not working. Very expensive piece of junk!

    I guess it's over rated, I bought the microwave 4 months ago and 3 weeks ago and while we were heating food, we suddenly saw fire inside ND a plastic piece holding the playe melted. I had a bad experience with the maintenance and still not fixed yet

    Do not buy from Best Buy

    They do not treat people as valued customers. Best buy sure do not reimburse people for their time or gas spent to purchase these items. If you cancel a purchase online it takes 2-3 weeks to even get your money back.

    My next microwave will have a transparent window. And better location for mounting screws. One very close to the edge. Making it useless.

    Installed it, lasted 2 weeks. I didn't buy the protection plan with Best Buy because I assumed it would work for at least a few years before trouble. Now it doesn't heat anything. I'm hoping LG can help with warranty options.

    Don’t trust the good reviews

    The venting ability is much less than advertised. It’s loud and does not take steam away as well as I’d expected . The installation instructions had errors. The template provided was made of newspaper grade paper. The owners manual for use is very vague on how to use the features.

    Dead only 13 months after purchasing. LG saying out of warranty; we'll see what Best Buy says on Monday. Awesome when it worked but 13 months lifespan is ridiculous..

    Terrible and will not buy again. I didn’t even have this 6 months and the pegs that hold the rack up have melted! Do not recommend! I tried to get it replaced and they wanted to charge me!

    Absolute let down. Just outside of the warranty the magnetron went bad, I replaced it myself with genuine LG parts then about 8 months later the buttons started failing.

    Only had it 2 weeks and I need service already

    Microwave delivered and installed on 6/19. Worked fine up until 6/28 and now it’s make a loud motor screeching sounding noise, also loud clicking / clanking sounds , sparking up and barely even heats up the food now. Can’t even use it. Service on July 9
