I AM AN LG FAN. I HAVE OWNED SEVERAL MICROWAVES AND I CAN TELL YOU THIS IS THE BEST ONE SO FAR. LOVE THE DESIGN. INSIDE IS EASY TO CLEAN. DISPLAY IS PRETTY.

I went to other venders in the area and was not satisfied with their customer service, prices, and overall products. When I went to Best Buy, I was greeted with Great customer service. The Sales person was knowledgeable, and took time to go over different options in over range microwave ovens. The LG- over range microwave I selected works and looks great in my kitchen. Thank you Best Buy for meeting my needs.

Love this microwave. My wife really likes the extended exhaust fan.

This matches my stove. It was so easy to install and everything is just an easy touch of the button. Having the buttons low is great for the kids to use it.

I love the black stainless color and the design...remodeling kitchen...haven't put new appliances/microwave up yet...so cant say how well it functions...

absolutely amazing microwave; I bought it as an open box and had a coupon so it was nearly 60% off. I really like the slide out exhaust because it does catch a lot more smoke. the sensor cooking is a little tricky and I haven't had much practice with that yet, but my popcorn isn't burnt like other microwaves. there is a huge 14" rotating glass plate and a 2nd rack. i wish there was a storage area for the second rack though. its hard to spend a lot of money on a microwave, but this one might be worth it if you love being in the kitchen

This LG microwave produces the correct heating for all purposes. Just follow the printed instructions. We have not been disappointed with it’s performance. The extended vent system protects the microwave from being exposed to heat from your range. This feature provides the overheating of the control system when using large pots on your stove top. It was priced right and installed without any problem. We like this microwave.

Spacious and tone of options. Love the lighting and the ventilation system. The extend ventilation is a very nice option. For 1000W microwave you can't go wrong

I haven't worked with all the features. But one that is really helpful is being able to silence all sounds(beeps) whether selecting a time or power level to cook with or at end of the cycle...no beeps at all. Nice when you are trying to NOT wake someone up. I did test the defrost on 3 lb of frozen hard as a rock chicken breasts. After selecting poultry and 3 pounds on the console, it did it without cooking the edges...nice.

Easy to use and I love the design. LG is a product that I’ve used for many years and their reputation exceeds itself

Love the pull out fan feature. We’ve only had this a few months but overall it does what we need it to do.

I love my new microwave but dislike that I had to call for service right away due to the extra vent not staying in place. the vent drawer (extra vent)was defective and only took a few minutes to fix by the tech but was disappointed to have to get it done on a new item.

This microwave is easy to use and consistently cranks out food for breakfast, lunch and dinner...plus the popcorn is a great snack.

This microwave does a fine job. It has many functions and they are easy to access. We have found the fan to be very quite and it does an excellent job of exhausting odors. Use care in buying because it may less deep than most. We had to build out the rear wall about 1 inch. Because of the door swing you need to have the door about 1 inch out from the cabinets and you need about 1.25 inches of swing space on the door hinge side.
