The extend-a-vent feature helps quite a bit in eliminating the steam/smoke coming from the front cooking surfaces. The multiple automatic features such as: auto cook, auto reheat, timer while microwave is being used are just a few phenomenal features. This microwave have revolutionized the OTR microwave with the extend-a-vent feature!

We kind of miss the quick minute setting, where you could just press a number and hit start and it would cook for that long. You have to press the minute and seconds then start. It does have the +30 seconds. Its really no biggy, we are very happy with it

What you expect from a good microwave oven.

Besides venting better, it helps block steam and grease while cooking on the stove and so it keeps glass on microwave above the stove to stay cleaner. Glass is easy to wipe because wiping does not Accidentally activate the cook buttons.

Excellent unit, great features, very large

The first thing I saw when I opened it was that it has a metal rack. It’s amazing that we have come so far and the features on this microwave prove that. Make sure if you purchase this you get really good measurements for your space. The excellent fan system on the bottom just barely squeaked in without being a fire hazard in my home.
