Love the settings and the way they are set up for defrost items and softening items and direct heating. It would have been five stars except the heating rack is so low that it has to come out to use almost every time I need to use it which is irritating for me.

LG is the ONLY microwave to incorporate an extended fan. It's like having the real hood in your kitchen. Those fans are very powerfull and usefull since I'm cooking on a daily basis. This is my second one but, updated model. I love it and, I would highly recomend it to my friend.

Absolutely fabulous. It works well it lives up to the LG quality. It’s very sleek looking and it works very well. I only wish that the door had a button to push to open it versus pulling the door by the handle.

I love the sensor cooking feature on this microwave. Unlike my previous one, food is not dried out when it is reheated. Also, it is easy to use even though it has several features. The one downside is that I could not find a "keep warm" option.

The microwave arrived on the time schedule provided by Best Buy. It had good instructions for installation. My wife and I installed it the afternoon that it was delivered. It has worked great ever since and we are still learning it's capability.

What really sold me is the extended vent which really works. My wife cooks a lot and this helps the home from getting overpowered with cooking odors. I do not like cooking smells in my bedroom at night, it is ok just before meals.

This unit has many more settings than our previous microwave that we decided it was worth going for. We recently made Baked as well as Mashed Potatoes using the settings available. Those weren't entirely made in the Microwave as there were preparation steps to be done prior but for the convenience, well worth it.

This MV oven was a replacement for an original one that came with our house, fit perfectly into the opening over the stove. Look great and as performed very well since the purchase. Huge upgrade over our older model in style, functions, and look. My wife has great taste.

This LG unit replaced one that was 15+ years. This one was the new and improve version of the old one. It’s great and the install was easy. I ordered this unit online and did the curbside pick up. Couldn’t be happier!

Very easy installation. Directions were precise. Easy to use and plenty of quick menu items to pick from. The price was cap arable to other makes. Am very happy with the LG brand Cooks very precisely and is easy to maintain. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for this type of microwave

I love the microwave! The +30 sec feature is a favorite. Makes cooking things a little longer the touch of a button away. I also really like that the vent expands out. Helps when I’m using all the burners on the cooktop to help pull the heat away. Would highly recommend!

I have found the LG microwave very nice product. I love the telescoping fan extension on the bottom. No other micro has this feature. Control panel nice on bottom of door, as opposed to being aside of the handle. highly recommended if your looking for an above the range microwave!
