I LOVE it, especially the vent fan that can pull out over the front burners on my stove. It cooks precisely.......even popcorn!!

Had a good experience shopping at Best Buy. The sales rep was awesome and knowledgeable on the product. I has a question about the venting of it. He pulled the info up and showed my right there on the spot.

This one is a replacement for the same model in stainless. After buying all new appliances we wanted the microwave to match. The extended vent is a great option and works very well.

My old one would turn off after making popcorn, yes only popcorn. To have such nice appliances is something I didn't know I would ever have and enjoying every minute!

So far we’ve been happy with it. Like most microwaves id avoid using the popcorn button when making popcorn but, otherwise it’s worked well.

Very strong fan; the convertible feature works great. Reheat function heats food evenly, even works ok on pizza

Powerful microwave ... like the multiple options and the fan system ... integrates very well with our LG stove as well as the other black stainless steel appliances we have that are LG.

Great microwave except that when it’s in use, the extended vent rattles and vibrates. It only does it when the vent isn’t extended (which is almost always). It’s just annoying

now that we have had a chance to use the micro we love it. we had best buy install it and they did a great job with that also. great addition to the kitchen.

No issues after 3 weeks. The installation was the same as any other microwave and the space is good and the controls are easy to use.

It has a lower slide out to pick up the front burners on my LG stove. Why hasn’t any other manufacturers thought of this. Easy to use. Great LED lights for stovetop

The only complaint is that the displays are on the door, instead of the side, which blocks the view of the inside of the microwave for a shorter person. Would have been better left on the side panel.

Bought this as a replacement for older LG Microwave that broke. This was an upgrade and well worth it. The easy clean interior is a plus. Also I like the controls on the door.

Love the microwave it works great!! The only thing I would change is to make the slide out for the air vent a little longer otherwise it works great. I would recommend this product.

Had a Samsung that didnt last 15 mos. poor customer service. LG has reached my expectations. Decent customer service so far!

So far this has been a great purchase, love the extendable exhaust and high power. Received and installed as advertised, would recommend this product.
