I'm 5'6 and I have to stand on my tip toes to see inside. I like to see my chips and cheese cook/melt so I don't over cook it. But with the push buttons being on the bottom of the door, it makes the viewing window MUCH higher up and smaller. But this microwave does a Great job other than that. It is quiet. And really powerful.
