When working it is good

We have had LG at our house 2x since installed. First the fan went. The tricky thing was we did not realize for a month or 2, just thought it was real quiet compared to our old one. Now the controls are not working and awaiting repair. Luckily it is still under warranty but for this price point I would expect more.
