I could not find a replacement that had a door that opened from the bottom upward (like the one that died), aso I went with this one. I regret the purchase entirely. IT is really flimsy by comparison, and I wish I had simply went ahead to have the prior LG model repaired..., which I still will likely do.

The replacement was defective and instead of sending us a new one they sent a tech out to fix it, but that only made it look worse. Upset I’m stuck with a defective item.
