Was a great microwave for the first year. Then the front bar fell off. Almost two years later, the extended hood vent broke and won't slide back in. Now, 2.5 years later, it won't heat. I would not buy this microwave again...I won't buy any LG product again (second LG product that had problems).

Poor materials - plastic vent cover broke

Same issue as others have reported. Wish that was posted before I bought mine. Very poor quality. Also have the matching stove, fridge, and dishwasher. Stove self-clean never cleans and dishwasher is now very noisy and has never cleaned well from day one! All poor products so beware.
