    Delivery Guys were somewhat rude. Didnt respect the property. Slight damage to screen door when removing refrigerator.

    Purchased this refrigerator in Feb 2022 and in Oct 2023 the unit started making loud noises. LG on honors 365 day warranty from date of purchase.

    This fridge is loud and makes a lot of weird popping sounds when it comes on! It also makes a vibration sounds as if everything in it is rattling! Do not waste your money! Do not buy this !

    To lazy or just don't know what thwy are doing. Won't answer thier phone or reverse opening on fridge or level it. Wont fix drain hose. Wont do haul aways. What did i pay for?

    Could you get my refrigerator door switched over to the right came out every time the service man came out he didn’t have a order, but it was OK to buy

    Broke down after 6 months of buying! The compressor went out had to be replaced! I don’t recommend.

    The freezer works fine however the fridge temperature is somewhat erratic and usually maintains only 39 degrees on the coldest setting

    Stopped working 4 days after delivery. Ruined food in the fridge and freezer! Everything melted in the freezer. What a mess to clean up! The groceries lost equaled the cost of the appliance. Positive of the ordeal…Beer was saved!

    Nice refrigerator

    Good-looking refrigerator, clean simple lines. Good size for one person or a small family. Seems to be working fine so far, haven't had it that long. Very quiet. Not fingerprint resistant, however, easy to wipe off any prints I get on it. So far I am happy with it.

    This was the worst refrigerator I’ve ever had…it did not get cold at all…all of my food spoiled…what a waste…I thought LG was going to be a good brand…but it’s not at all…I returned it and got a whirlpool refrigerator instead…and it gets really cold.

    Great Refrigerator for the Price

    Refrigerator is great as a 2nd refrigerator in the garage. It has enough space and keeps everything cold. It is quiet and works very well for our needs.

    16 months after i bought it, water started running out of the refrigerator compartment. It is not connected to water...no ice maker. The defrost line froze up.

    Delivery was cancelled and rescheduled twice. My parents had to wait for almost a month to receive the refrigerator. Something was wrong with the scheduling system and the capacity of the delivery team.
