The deliverers took pictures of the part, but there was no feedback. I use it because there is no problem with the performance, but the service is a bit unsatisfactory.

So lots of space to put in food, but very difficult to reach anything in back. Stupid design flaw. No way to know this since not on floor display and would assume shelves would slide as do most refrigerators in this size category. Would never have purchased, but now I am stuck since return is impractical. When I called LG about this bottom line response was too bad for you.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was such a smooth delivery. The drivers were so polite and efficient, we don't have an elevator and they came to the 4th floor with no problem. They help me set it up and were so nice the entire time.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We almost bought this but fortunately we read the install guide at Home Depot and found out this fridge needs TWO FULL INCHES of clearance on all sides for airflow and proper operation. Definitely makes it unfit for our kitchen. Buyer beware. Have no idea why LG and BBuy don't make this more obvious.
