Very Disappointed LG refrigerator

The repair man has been here repairing it 4 times so for,,,..He keeps trying different parts....it is freezing and breaking my drinking glass bottles on the top shelf... I have talked to LG many times.....they refuse to replace it,,,,they want to keep fixing it again and again.... Their policy of a stressless repair or replacement is a joke from my point of view.... The price of this refrigerator is $1,699.99 plus tax........i may have to just trash it and buy another brand....because they will not replace it.......

I purchased an extended warranty and because I do not have the serial number to the appliance they will not schedule a service call. I live three hours away from the property.
