Great refrigerator for apartment complex would recommend this for anybody

Nice frig for the money. Easy to order and shipped fast

At least one shelf should be deep enough for taller items. Moving the shelves is very difficult. I am sorry I didn't read the reviews.

Fridge is great and has worked perfectly for 3 years EXCEPT the icemaker, which we've fought with freezing issues the entire time we've had it. Within 3 months, I had a service tech out to replace the solenoid on the fill tube and everything was quiet for a while, but now the icemaker tube constantly freezes over even after replacing the solenoid assembly multiple times and no one in my area services LG anymore, so I guess I'm out of luck. Go with a different brand, LG does not stand by their products once they are out of warranty.

Love the fridge just wish the ice maker had a filter for the water.

A bit compacted door storage to small but a great buy.

A little small and a little noisier than expected but overall a good buy

The left door doesn’t stay open. Called to get it replaced, non in stock and last day to replace. Gave me 10% back in in store credit. LG supposed to fix it and it’s been 3 weeks and no phone call to get it fixed yet.

I like the unit but I need enough time to see how it preformes

Limited by kitchen space we got this. Not crazy about the drawer freezer. Top drawer doesn’t pull out far enough and freezer is too small. Refrigerator doors are a little hard to close.

I purchased this appliance on June 1 , 2019 and on the 20 th of July the freezer starting defrosting. I called LG did a diagnosis over the phone they ordered a part and couldn’t come service it until August 1 st when they came it was the wrong part Now have to wait another week another week to replace the compressor and filter. So have to be without for 4 weeks. Very disappointed that no one would compensate me !!!

The doors never close unless you give them a significant push, and we end up hearing the polite little "ding" that it uses to tell you the doors are open many times a day. Thank goodness for that ding, but it would have been even better if the doors would just close without being pushed.

Within hours of plugging in this refrigerator it stated randomly shaking and very loud rattling noises from the motor. It was replaced a week later but continued to make the noises off and on throughout the week I had it. I thought it was a lemon so replaced it with the same model. One week after having the replacement it started doing the exact same thing. It is a huge hassle to have to replace a refrigerator 3 times in a month. If you want to avoid that, avoid this refrigerator!

Was initially happy but after having 3 service calls for the freezer door sticking in the first year. A few weeks after the 1 year warranty expired the freezer door wouldn’t open all the way for the 4th time & they would not cover fixing it. They want to charge me $400.00 to fix the door which was obviously defective. It still only opens about 6 inches.

Had zero problems with this unit until we lost power due to an ice storm. When the power came back, the unit died a slow and painful death. First, no ice. Then the freezer started warming, followed by the fridge. It took LG forever to get the parts in an attempt to fix it, then the tech cut the line too short and had to damage out the entire unit. LG's already had one class action suit against them for faulty compressors, which is what died in my unit. I've been without a fridge for almost 2 months, and just got the paperwork to get my refund. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Do yourself a favor - buy something else.

Will recommend only if it is on sale for at least 800.00

This refrigerator was awful and didn’t cool. Best Buy was very easy to deal with on the return...so there is a 5 for that!

Smaller than I imagined even though I took measurements. Not true "counter depth". Doors stick.

The worst fridge ever. Compressor conked out after 2 yrs of buying the fridge. The fridge was not cool enough. After complaining they came and replaced the compressor. Now again after a year, compressor has issues and freezer is not cold enough to freeze items. Very bad product. Will never recommend LG products to anyone. Will stay away from LG refrigerator in future.

It is a good looking refrigerator. The doors open awkwardly & require a good push to close. It is a lot smaller than I thought. It is impossible for me to adjust the top shelf. My daughter and friend also tried without success. Disappointed!
