I got this 9 1/2 mos. ago, the compressor is gone. I thought LG was a good brand, I've already had 2 service calls on it. Live and learn I guess.

My first French door purchase and I do not like. Shelving is hard to work with, not enough height for condiments in the doors. I do however love having the freezer on the bottom!

Just received my new fridge today. Looks good I had 31 W to work with and fits just nicely. I"m having a little bit of trouble pulling out the middle shelf. I have the doors wide open with no walls nearby and still can't pull it out. If anyone can help me that would be great. Otherwise it is working great and it is quiet. Delivery Crew 1032269C were awesome.

Broke down the second day we got it, food spoiled , you had nothing to replace it with

Keeps things cold, bought during covid, never saw it in store… my KitchenAid broke, feels and looks cheap

I looked and looked to find a reliable fridge in this size to fit my space. I love the French doors and the big freezer w/ice maker at the bottom. This latter feature is great. This fridge is quiet and much more energy-efficient than the old standard unit I replaced. Some people have complained that it's loud but not so; only when it drops the ice cubes into the tray, but what do you expect? I turn off the ice maker after I get a full tray (and its big) of ice cubes. I like the LED lights; it's bright inside. For tall bottles, you have to make room by adjusting a couple of the door shelves, as you can't really put anything tall on the inside shelves. But, I'm OK with it. Even milk cartons now come with a screw-on. I had to buy a kit ($10 at Home Depot) to connect it to one of the water lines for the icemaker, but it was so simple--no plumber required. The stainless steel (only on its front, not sides) makes my kitchen look better. Over all a great fridge.

This fringe replaced a kenmore elite side by side that had cost almost twice as much. It's twice as good as that kenmore which was a French door model with water and ice in the door. Not having the ice/water in the door isn't missed nor the water streaks that were always there. This fridge has 4 times the ice that fridge had. It has so much more space inside despite being quite a bit smaller overall. And I don't know I'd they updated this model but you CAN move the shelves one st s time and you DO NOT have to have the door open. This fridge is great and at this price can't be beat. And I'm picky.

REFRIGERATOR CAN BE MANEUVERED SO EASILY AND SET UP IS A BREEZE..UNLIKE THE OLD ONES THAT COULD ONLY BE MOVED FORWARD AND BACKWARD,THIS ONE CAN BE TURNED, PUSHED SIDE TO SIDE AND FORWARD AND BACKWARDS..CAN'T STATE HOW GOOD IT IS YET,,BUT IT SEEMS TO BE WELL MADE.AND PERFECT SIZE FOR SMALL AREAS.

My LG fridge got delivered today, looks great, perfect size for my place. I had a very disappointing experience with the appliance repair place that was contracted thru pacific sales on my other fridge that completely died on us. so hopefully this is better, as we purchased best buy geek squad warranty. lastly the delivery people are very professional, helpful - moved my table and other stuff on the side. they called right on time and true to their timeframe. very impressed about that.

Great fridge! It has a lot of room for everything.

Had this fridge for 3 yrs now and has been near flawless. When first purchased, within the first week it would make a loud click few times a day but eventually resolved.

Great quality refridgerator. Plenty of space and the drawers can be set for fruit or vegetable storage. Keeps my veggies and fruit fresh for longer than a normal fridge.

This was a great purchase for our daughters new home. The delivery guys were great. They were friendly and very focused on getting the fridge in the house. It wasn’t easy for them, but they were very very professional

I ordered this based on 29ft depth without door. When it arrived we realized it is not flat in the back. It has a bulge that was not accounted for in the measurement. It won't fit my kitchen door of 29 and 1/2 molding to molding. It was returned.

We love this refrigerator. It fits the needs of our family of 5. Easy to clean and reliable.

Had this for four years (since July 2020), and now, neither the cooler nor refrigerator is cooling (October 2024). Chatted with LG, they immediately assumed it was the compressor. They told me a repair person will call on Monday, so I will be going more than a few days without a working fridge/freezer due to this occurring on the weekend. Hopefully the repair people will actually call.

Charge for water hook up was never removed. Didn't have it hooked up.

Please do soem research and do not buy. There is a well known issue with the compressor on this and other LG refrigerator models. It is impossible to get a repair. I have spent hours on the phone with LG only for them to tell me that my case has been escalated but there are no available repair appointments. Apparently there are many many people in my same situation. There is a very widely known issue with LG refrigerators and even a pending class action lawsuit. You can google LG refrigerator compressor and you will find a plethora of information. I bought the entire suite of LG products and realize that this was a huge mistake.
