I got the LG 4-piece stainless bundle for less than $2,000 so I can't complain. I actually love the french doors on this fridge, and bottom freezer is awesome so long as you don't mind digging for stuff a little. We got the ice maker option, and so far, so good. It's got a nice big icemaker caddy, so we can practically fill a cooler with our ice. We did experience a loud buzzing one day when it was super high humidity outside. We thought we were going to regret this purchase, but as suddenly as it started, it went away. The only other thing that's a little annoying is that I wanted to utilize the bottom most shelf adjustment, but when you go to slide in the shelves, there's no notch in the back of the fridge to hold the back of the shelves. So it's totally deceiving. Now we have one row of shelves that is very narrow and hard to fit anything.

This does NOT have fingerprint protection. It shows everything. We left the factory film on the freezer part to help keep it clean from our son. The double doors do NOT open a full 180 degrees, maybe 120. Which makes getting the shelves out if you have it inset or against a wall. The door shelves aren't really that big. They don't self close at all, you have to either put some force into closing them or just shut them bay hand which for us is tough getting used to as our old fridge used to close automatically. Holds one gallon of milk per shelf and maybe a another half gallon if that. Not enough adjustment options up and down for customization. Had to remove one shelf so it is easier to remove said gallon of milk. (I've included a picture to show size of shelf.) The glass shelves are nice, the 4 main ones have spill protection on the sides but are harder to set/remove if you need to clean them. The drawers won't open all the way without the doors all the way open.(Pic included to show) The big drawer is nice for smaller items such as cheese bags and grab and go items. The freezer is roomy for most anything you need to put in there. We don't have water hooked up so can't comment on the ice machine. We use the bin to hold our sons baby food/milk. The bottom bin is size adjustable side to side which is nice for pizzas and larger items.

The first thing I noticed with this fridge was that every time I’d open it, the fridge would roll forward. Annoying but I got over it. Lots of finger prints and it’s louder than my 15 year old fridge that I got rid of. It’s beautiful, holds a lot of food (for just me), large freezer, and it fit perfectly in my space. I’m so happy I didn’t go with the other brand that I was considering.

This fridge looks good for a small space. The temp control is great the fridge and freezer have independent controls. The ice maker makes a ton of ice. The door bins are a good size. I wish it had more adjustability on the shelves. Taller items do not fit well.

Good refrigerator for the price. This replaced a larger unit but this on is surprisingly roomy

This refrigerator is compact and basic for a French door unit. It is good looking, does all that a refrigerator needs to do, and holds an adequate quantity of food. The only downside is that the full width shelves cannot be easily adjusted because the doors don't open far enough to allow the shelves to be removed. The solution is that the mounting screws for at least one top hinge on a door need to be loosened so the door can be raised enough to clear the stop on the bottom hinge. Then the door can be opened further so the shelves can be removed. Otherwise, the refrigerator is a great buy for the money.

Contemporary design looks good. Quiet operation. Nice adjustable shelves and bins. I wanted a bottom freezer unit and this was my best choice. French doors, by their nature, need to be pushed shut. LED light location top front thus items toward rear of lower shelves are in shadows. Outside finish does show smudges. I am not using the ice maker by choice. Bad design of leveling feet: screwed tight up to the chassis at the factory. Plastic foot restricts access to nut so needed a special thin wrench to loosen. Instructions advise to use a screw driver, which is pointless.

Have had refrigerator for a month and we are happy with its performance. Temperature stays steady in both frig and freezer sections. Love the ding when a door is not closed all the way. Lots of room and shelves provide wide space for big platters. Delivery and installation servicemen were excellent! Two things I don't like are that there is not enough space for tall items like milk and pitchers, and the front is not as easy to clean as I hoped. Must use stainless cleaning wipes to avoid scratches and streaks. Otherwise, a great appliance.

If you can only spare 30" and want your freezer on the bottom, there are not a lot of choices out there. If you get this at a good sale price, there is a lot of quality there for the money. Mine is uniformly cold throughout, good lighting, tons of space and plenty of options for moving shelves about. Runs very quiet except when dropping ice. Ice bucket WAY bigger than I need, must hold 20lbs. of ice.

This fridge is great for limited space. I love the double doors. It's easy to organize items in the freezer, and the drawer in the freezer is a great plus! Overall a great fridge for the price and size. The only downsides are that the only place that bottles, milk, and creamer can fit is in the doors. We have a water filter and have to permanently keep one of the shelves out to fit it and the smudges show on the stainless steel more than I would like. After gatherings I always have to clean it. All in all, a great buy.

We replaced our old traditional 21 Cu ft. top freezer fridge with this one and although this unit is .8 Cu ft larger, it somehow feels smaller. Perhaps its just the way we've setup the adjustable shelves for the fridge, but the freezer part doesn't seem to hold as much. The shelves in the freezer are a bit clunky too, the top shelf doesn't slide out the whole way and things are easily pushed back over the back edge which fall behind the door. Has good features like door alarm, very well lit, easy temp control, and supposedly the diagnostics are great, but i've never had to use them yet. Got this on sale so great value, but would look for other brands if this was full price.

I was limited in size. This LG fits the space. Large door bins, spacious bottom freezer. The doors need a little push to close. Don't make the mistake I made...the refrigerator sits on a side wall... When I open one door it hits the wall and don't have the full function of the door. It would have been great between a counter on both sides. The price was right! I upgraded from a white appliance to a stainless steel. For a condo with limited space ,the LG had the best cubic feet storage.

Nice fridge, happy with the product itself and would buy again. We kept the shipping film on for now; is not noticeable and helps perfect against fingerprints. For those who have kids, note that magnets do not stock to the front facing (the doors). It is quiet, and we were happy to find this option due to height constraints (didn't want to have to start tearing out cabinets and initiate a full on kitchen remodel!). Only gripe is adjustability of the shelves; while adjustable, the options to do so are limited if you want to use all the shelves (if using all, we can't fit a gallon of milk upright on the main shelf, only on the doors). Would love it if 2-3" wider too.

This was one of very few french door refrigerators with overall dimensions to fit our existing space in a galley kitchen. Works well so far for our needs. Quieter than our 20-year old fridge. Bottom freezer is very convenient.

I love the refrigerator I had an LG in the past and liked it then too. Two things I noticed is it is a bit noisy. Started about a week after I got it and was noisy for several days. Seems to have stopped now so maybe that was part of the breaking in. It also shows fingerprints big time. Other than that I love it So much room in the freezer.

This refrigerator fit nicely into the space available. I like the bottom freezer and the door compartments. My only complaint is that the doors don't open wide enough to adjust the inner shelves. I like the door alarm that lets you know if the door isn't shut completely.

The only issue is the stainless steel doors--needs wiping on a regular basis. My first electric bill since purchasing this refrig was noticeably lower. I chose this size because it fits well in my available space. The freezer has plenty of storage space for this household of 1.

This fridge is good for narrow spaces (note that it isn't "counter depth," so it sticks out plenty far.) Purchased on sale for $1,000, so maybe hold out for that price. The stainless steel won't hold magnets, though the non-steel sides of the fridge are magnetic. Ice maker works pretty well so far.

Third LG French door fridge I own and it is worth the BF price I paid and lasts. Compared to other French doors the LG version in my opinion is one of the best in class. I gave 4/5 only because there is no internal water filter and the door stoppers use a plastic piece that wears over time. Additionally, I preferred the stainless non finger print finish due to pealing which happened on my LG dryer (just use spray polish) great fridge for a starting family and love the solid metal handles.
