We are glad we chose the counter depth, it organizes well and is plenty big for our needs. Our big problem is the taste of the water. I'm not sure what the water tank is made of, but the water tastes very chemically and we have had it 3 and a half months and have flushed it many times. We expect to be able to drink from the water dispenser our would have bought a much cheaper model without water and ice in the door. This is an unacceptable problem and makes me worry about the safety of the material that the water reservoir is made from.

I love the counter depth! Also, having the option for fridge/freezer on the first drawer is awesome. My only issue is the doors don't seem to be self-closing, and I really liked that feature on my last fridge. All in all, i am very happy with my new fridge!

Great option for craft ice. Wish the shelving was deeper

I have had this refrigerator for about a month and I love it. Very bright on the inside and easy to see all my items inside. I thought the holders on the door would be too small but it fits most condiments perfectly. Ice maker is great as is the craft ice.

Love it. The only problem is that the door in door doesn't close easily. We need to push the door to click and close. Otherwise it doesn't close. Check it at store and see if you are ok with it. I like the quality of the food after days in the refrigerator. Craft ice is also good for guests.

Love this refrigerator! The shelves seem are good quality and the ice maker is amazing! Love the ice ball maker as well. Had a Samsung before but I absolutely love this LG. Very spacious and you can make a lot of adjustments with the inside shelves.

The fridge look and feel is marvelous. It is so good and especially the Craft is phenomenal. We love this fridge and color is so cool. Every one consider silver color, but after looking at this color everyone have changed their opinion. A good purchase.!!! Thank you Bestbuy for keeping the best products what your customers needs.

DO NOT BUY!! This refrigerator arrived in January and we were very excited. It looks great, and got great reviews. The craft ice takes some time to get going, but is great. The middle drawer is very useful and when the fridge worked we loved it. However, just over 60 days into owning the refrigerator it began making a loud noise, and the temp skyrocketed overnight forcing me to throw out everything. Turns out the compressor died. 60 DAYS into a $4K refrigerator!!! LG sent out a repairman, who diagnosed the issue, and ordered the part. The part is on backorder and we now have to wait 2 weeks for the repair. I asked LG to provide a new unit, and they agreed. I waited a few days for the call to make the arrangements on replacing the unit and finally decided to call back to get the status. When I called back they told me that the customer service representative was wrong, and didn't do the proper checks. They apologized and said their hands are tied that all they can do is repair the unit. I feel incredibly defeated with no refrigerator for 2+ weeks, and regretting my purchase. Would not recommend.

Bought 4 refrigerators in last 30+ years and this LG is by far the best functionally. The door in the door is brilliant and makes access to those things you use multiple times throughout the day (coffee creamer) simple. We won’t know quality of mechanics for years but the design is perfect.

Replaced old 25 yr fridge. Like all the new features especially temp display. Light is bright and well thought out design. Just check the pull outs in freezer to be sure they come out enough for you. Would buy again.like having the convertible drawer. Have been using as freezer and has worked great.

I have had this fridge for only 1 1/2 years and it broke down twice. First the craft ice maker. When it was replaced they told me this part breaks all the time! A broken fancy ice maker is no big deal but now it is seriously broken. Code I'm getting means either the Compressor is shot or it has a freon link. This was a pretty expensive fridge with only 1 good feature, it's pretty. At time of purchase their was very little availability due to end of Covid problems and this was one of a few we could get delivered before we moved into our new house. Here I am 1 1/2 years later with no fridge. The Total Care Program we bought from Best Buy is making it worse, no openings to fix until 6/1. I was told they were putting in an "escalation" to get a 3rd party to repair, call back in 24 hours if we don't hear. Call back to find the rep I spoke to set it up incorrectly and the case had been closed!!!

Great refrigerator' For a counter depth unit it has plenty of room. The top drawer is climatic controlled so you can freeze, refrigerate, or store wine at the temp that you choose. The delivery and install went flawlessly and could not be happier with it,

Very satisfied so far (2 Months of use). Ice making issues past reviewers had appears to be related to over loading the freezer or placing items in the ice making bin. If left empty to catch the circular ice '~cubes' the ice maker functions as it is meant to. Great product so far.

I love this fridge. It definitely gives you the space and the versatility for your food placement. Access to everything is pretty simple. My only gripe is that the ice dispenser can be a little bit of a crapshoot if you don't have the correct cup or container for it. Other than that, I love it.

Just installed today, looks great, replacing a similar size but the layout of this is more functional than a side by side.Plenty of space, love the craft ice.

had it almost a year now with no issues. don’t like the way the water tastes though I’d rather use my own water filter. I do wish the shelves offered more flexibility in changing them around

Love this fridge! The door within the door is designed perfectly. It is roomy and the adjustable shelves are easy to use. It hold almost everything I use most often, and I rarely have to open the whole door. It is much roomier than I expected for a counter depth. Very pleased so far.

We like this refrigerator. The door-in-door gives us more rack space and it is easy to choose opening one door versus the pair. The top drawer gives us the choice of freezer or refrigerator so we can change it when we need to.
