LOVE LOVE LOVE, the snack drawer can also be a freezer and it’s got sliders to make for a great snack drawer

Got a great deal on this floor model fridge. The inside lights are bright and the door in door is an awesome feature.

Very satisfied so far (2 Months of use). Ice making issues past reviewers had appears to be related to over loading the freezer or placing items in the ice making bin. If left empty to catch the circular ice '~cubes' the ice maker functions as it is meant to. Great product so far.

I love this fridge. It definitely gives you the space and the versatility for your food placement. Access to everything is pretty simple. My only gripe is that the ice dispenser can be a little bit of a crapshoot if you don't have the correct cup or container for it. Other than that, I love it.

We like this refrigerator. The door-in-door gives us more rack space and it is easy to choose opening one door versus the pair. The top drawer gives us the choice of freezer or refrigerator so we can change it when we need to.

Love this fridge! The door within the door is designed perfectly. It is roomy and the adjustable shelves are easy to use. It hold almost everything I use most often, and I rarely have to open the whole door. It is much roomier than I expected for a counter depth. Very pleased so far.

This is my second French door refrigerator. My main attraction to this one is the multiple settings for the middle drawer and two ice maker's. The middle drawer has 5 settings from frozen to regular fridge.

This is our second purchase of this fridge. We bought the standard depth model about a year ago and then moved and had to leave it behind. We loved it so much we purchased the same model for our new home. Looks great and functions very well. So glad I went for the counter depth this time.

We are very happy with this refrigerator. It wasn't the one we intended to buy or our first color choice but with the shortage due to covid, this was the one that could be delivered asap. The bottom ice maker only makes ice balls, which is something we didn't think we would use but do like it. No complaints

I am so happy with this refrigerator - it has all the features I need to keep my growing family happy! Also - my almost three year old can now open the separate fridge door to his chocolate milk and no longer leaves the fridge wide open! Win.win!

The counter depth does not stick out into the kitchen and that is important to us as we have a narrow kitchen. We like the two ice makers too, and the two drawers that pull out too. One reason we bought this it for the twin door, but the main reason we bought it was LG's reputation.

Purchase and delivery went smoothly, setup was fast and satisfactory except had a few problems removing some of the protective material and tape inside so we made a trip to the store to get details so as not to damage the inside. So far so good, love our new LG refrigerator.

Overall rating is good. I wish the shelfing was a bit taller, very short for tall items. Love the icemaker - beats Samsung 1,000 times over. Pretty round balls of ice in the bottom is fascinating.

We have had it only two weeks but, so far, it has been great. The door-in-door design is impressive, especially for easy access/lift for gallon milk jugs.

Do not buy this item from Best Buy in fact, do not buy anything from Best Buy. I have a Best Buy membership. I had service scheduled under my warranty when I called Best Buy. They told me no one ever made an appointment and you don’t have a warranty but when I look online, I do have a warranty. It says it right on the Best Buy site that I do have a warranty. I have attempted to get Best Buy to come out and fix my refrigerator for over a year and they will not come out to fix it now they’re saying they won’t cover it and essentially telling me that I’m a liar and never called them. So now I have a very expensive refrigerator with a broken icemaker and a door that will not seal.

Looks beautiful. Love the versatility of the middle drawer conversion from deli to freezer. Like the outside door to access the.milk, drinks and margarine, Marciano and Steven did a great job setting up new frig and removing old refrigerator. Both were friendly and answered our questions.
