My LG 4 door refrigerator is the coolest and best I have ever owned. It is huge for myself but. Still love it. The top drawer is awesome because its a fridge or a freezer, what ever you set the temp on. I highly recommend this LF

Have had our unit for over 2 months and had to get used to the counter depth, but everything about it is awesome. quiet, your craft ice takes time to make, and the ice tray is small but for counter depth it is perfect.

This is an additional fridge we have in our family room. The door in door is an excellent feature which we use daily. We also live the craft ice.

Everything went well, They were very careful not the hit anything in the house while carrying the fridges .They stayed and answered the questions I had about the LG refrigerator. Couldn't have gone been better. Love my new refrigerators.

Love this refrigerator! We used to have a side by side and hated it. Never able to keep it organized. No problem with this one! Love the drawer, we keep snacks in it for the grandchildren, or for us! We have zero complaints!!

We love the new fridge. The flex drawer is the highlight for us. Shelves are sturdy and it’s easy to see everything that’’’s in there. Downside price is a little steep.

The first gentleman from the Geek Squad said I had the wrong sized refrigerator. He was wrong. I need the standard size. The clerk at the store is taking care of the problem. I am very upset that I can not call the clerk in the appliance department. I had to go to the store instead of calling the store. I was extremely up set. I expect to call the store and explain my problem or ask about what I need. I would rather do business with your store than Lowes, Big Sandy's or another appliance store. Please fix your phone system so I can call the store. I would not recomend your store because I can not call your store. I develop a relationship with the people I work with. I plan on buying another appliance at Christmas time if I can call your store.

Have had this fridge for a few weeks now and I love it!! The door in door is awesome and the craft ice is the best!!

I should have learned my lesson, don’t by LG. Previous LG refrigerator was expensive, died after 13 months, after 1,000 in repairs, lasted another 17 months. Purchased this LG, in September, delivered in February 2022, June 2022, craft ice has stopped working. No response from LG, so far. No sure what brand I’d buy, but not LG. Love the look and design, but not dependable.

My old refrigerator’s condenser died. I need a counter depth replacement ASAP that fit in the built in area of the cabinets. The guy at Best Buy took all of that into account. This had all the options I wanted plus a few and could be delivered quickly. Thank you !

Love everything about it! :-) lots of storage space and easy to clean

So far, I love it! However, it is usually right at a year the ice makers always goes out on me. Regardless of the brand. But so far I love it. I love the craft ice, it is set for 6 but only gives me 3 at a time. But that’s ok.

Short shelves in the body of refrigerator makes it easy the find stuff. Shelves in the doors amazing….

Love the flex drawer. The slim ice maker isn’t bulky and in the way. Plus there’s bonus craft ice in the bottom drawer. My favorite thing is the small handy fridge door for necessities without opening the whole door. Best refrigerator I’ve ever owned!

Sleek and beautiful. So bright when you open the doors. Really like the smaller drawer. Best purchase!
