I have a Best Buy membership. I had service scheduled under my warranty when I called Best Buy. They told me no one ever made an appointment and you don’t have a warranty but when I look online, I do have a warranty. It says it right on the Best Buy site that I do have a warranty. I have attempted to get Best Buy to come out and fix my refrigerator for over a year and they will not come out to fix it now they’re saying they won’t cover it and essentially telling me that I’m a liar and never called them. So now I have a very expensive refrigerator with a broken icemaker and a door that will not seal.

With our TotalTech membership, we bought it and scheduled it for delivery and were out of the store in 40 minutes. The sales guy was knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery was done perfectly 2 days later.

New refrigerator but miss my old one

I wish it had a real-time temperature monitor like my older Kitchen Aid fridge, but my understanding is that the LG is more reliable, especially for an over-stuffed fridge. THe LED lighting is very bright!

Door handles were not screwed on tight. The water line leaks at the reducing coupling, thereby making the ice maker unusable. Best Buy needs better contract delivery entities.
