This refrigerator is phenomenal! Extremely functional, and so much space!

its not quite / silent - is that's the way its supposed to be ...?

Well organized, and I am really enjoying the craft ice!

Craft Ice just doesn't work. Evidently, it's a widespread problem with no real fix. It works for a while, but when it breaks, you hear loud clunking from the freezer as the ice won't knock out to the try below. I used the phone app to open a ticket, but I read that after the craft ice module replacement, it works for a while and dies again. If it weren't for that issue, I'd say we really love the fridge. Smart looks, smart app, smart design. It's been handy to change the middle tray from refrigerating to freezing.

Good refrigerator that does everything it's supposed to plus several upgrades from my old refrigerator. Love the door in door access and additional drawer - so handy by providing easy access to regularly used foods. My old unit didn't use electronics at all so that was a small learning curve. I have an apple smart phone so don't know if my phone will be compatible but will check on that.

The craft ice took several days to start producing. They were a bit small than I expected, but it is a nice feature.

Very nice fridge but the door container where the water dispenser is at is so slim to really fit anything. The sphere ice is a cool feature but takes up a lot of space in the freezer so we ended up turning it off eventually. Overall pleased with our purchase.

Good looking fridge, that I have enjoyed owning. So far, so good after 3 days.

Love my fridge and your people made it easy to choose, buy, deliver the new and remove the old. On top of that, I found my fridge for less at another store a week later. I felt bad but thought I’d check with your Wilsonville store to see about price match. They made it so easy and refunded the difference to my credit card! I was treated with people who were competent and polite throughout the whole process. Thanks to all!

The wife likes it. The counter depth does not give a much space as a fill size one.
