    The separate door compartment doesn't seem to make sense without a transparent knock on window. Also, the ice ball maker has yet to produce clear and spherical ice balls. Though, aside from these features, it is excellent in remind me if the door isn't closed and I am happy with its many separate compartments.

    My favorite feature is the vent for the items in the door. Another feature we like is the full-convert drawer. We have it on the freezer setting and it works very well. Capacity is very good for a counter-depth refrigerator.

    The refrigerator is very user friendly. The water dispenser plate is very small. The ability to hold a larger glass is small as well. Chances of spilling water or dropping ice are also great, have to be very careful. Other than that it’s a great product.

    Nice refrigerator but the craft ice tastes bad. LG wasn't helpful when we contacted them about the issue. It's a bummer because we bought the refrigerator specifically for the craft ice feature.
