Love the fridge but had to exchange it because delivery crew won't take it to a 2nd floor kitchen that needs to go through a narrow staircase. They will only move it if I sign a waiver for fridge and wall damage. I just exchanged it for another model that is 50 lbs less.

Works great lots of room and it makes plenty of ice

Doesnt get cold enought to safely store food but LG refuses to fix it. Freezer can’t freeze ice cream solidly, fridge sits way up at like 45 degrees when it is set to 33 degress. I will totally avoid LG appliances after this experience.

I hope that this appliance keeps working well for many years. There were many reviews (from my “interest offerings” on the net as I was shopping for a new refrigerator and entering the “algorithm”). I just hope all of that was “clickbait.” Just hope the quality shines through the noise.

The refrigerator is basically OK But LG fails to let you know that as a result of the door on door the right door is not self closing as the left door

I love the new refrigerator. The layout makes it very easy to see what is in the refrigerator. The freezer being on the bottom is good because most don’t go in and out of the freezer multiply times through it the day.

Love the lighting and all the drawers having the easy open entrance is great as we made a cold brew station. The Whiskey balls are my new favorite way to drink beverages and I can finally have a drawer to change the temp from fridge to freezer depending on need Biggest downside is that the ice machine takes up a lot of space they could have made the whiskey ball drawer a lot smaller. Also the compartments on the doors are a bit of a joke, they can’t even fit a standard mustard or hidden valley container.

So far so good! I haven't tried the craft ice feature, but if that works, we'll be good to go. I really like the newly designed water and ice dispenser--so much easier to keep clean!

Great product. French door with midway compartment is very handy. Most fridges don’t have enough beverage storage, so that is a big plus!

Generally fine. Shelves are not really deep enough and ice drops on the floor a lot when filling cups. Nice aesthetic and cleans easily

Refrigerator is great! Nice layout and very convenient. Craft ice takes a very long time to make (only 3 or 6 cubes per day).

GREAT SERVICE AWESOME PEOPLE I will recommend Mr. Russ He spend over three hours with us. he was very professional we had over 10 questions and he went the extra mile to take care of us.

Helps organizing shelves however ice maker gets clogged if not used everyday.

Loving it so far. Being a counter-depth fridge gives my small galley kitchen more room. The bottom ice maker is not working yet, hopefully figure it out soon.

Like everything about it, especially how things dont get cluttered up, good for those who like organizing their fridge.

I do wish the drawers and shelves were arranged a bit differently and just a little bit more depth to them.

I love the middle drawer of this refrigerator and the door-in-door feature, but there are two things that I don't like. First, I wish the ice maker in the freezer were removable. I don't need the extra ice-maker and it takes up valuable freezer space. Second, just about every gallon of milk I've bought since I've had this refrigerator has gone bad way before it's best by date. I suspect that the door-in-door is not as cool as the rest of the refrigerator.
