    Craft Ice Cubes are Not impressive.

    Breaks zfter 6 weeks !?!

    Although I really liked this refrigerator for 6 weeks, this morning I woke up to find it leaking around the freezer and icemaker dispenser. As I looked more closely to try to figure out what was going on, I discovered that the freezer is not working properly so that none of the food in the freezer is frozen. This is despite the fact the the temperature read-out on the face of the refrigerator continues to say that the freezer temperature is still 0 degrees (as it has said since the day the refrigerator was delivered on 4/1/2021. Luckily, I purchased a warranty/repair plan - but the soonest a technician can come is in 5 days by which time all the food in the freezer will be unfrozen. I was told that the technician will attempt to repair the refrigerator as it can not be replaced if it breaks after 4 weeks. I am very concerned that I have a "lemon" (what refrigerator breaks after 6 weeks?) and hope that Best Buy will provide proper customer service and stand by what they have sold.

    I love the refrigerator, however the magnetic strip on the top door was not aligned properly. Since the door is not sealing closed correctly I was told it cannot be fixed. I am getting a new one which will not be delivered until a July.

    We exchanged this fridge at Best Buy for an LG counter-depth fridge with larger capacity. We love the one we got instead!

    Issue with craft ice maker

    There is apparently an issue with the craft ice maker. We’ve had it replaced 2x since we purchased it Feb 2022. Appliance repair guy said he replaces them often enough to know there’s an issue. The ice machine fails to release the craft ice into the bin below and then runs water through to create more. Which then runs down into the bin creating a puddle that freezes.

    Like the design. Like many of the features. Don't like the freezer fan going out 2 months past the factory warranty and the service techs saying that is a common problem with these refrigerators. I ditched our Samsung for simliar issues. More money, more problems. At least I have craft ice now to help drown the issue.

    Refrigerator is nice design but on the first two days the temperature varied all varied all over the place. Had the refrigerator set at 35 degrees and freezer at minus 7 degrees. Both would not hold temperature. Refrigerator varied from 29 degrees to 50 degrees.day to day. Freezer varied from plus 5 degrees to 10 degrees plus. Had refrigerator two weeks and it never got straightened out. Best Buy was very helpful and replaced with another model.

    Bottom ice make only gives you 6 ice cubes every 3 days. Very disappointing spending $4k on a frig then having to go buy ice not good!!

    The refrigerator has cooling issues less than 3 months after purchase. My wife woke up one morning to put up nursing milk to store in the freezer and found thawed items and milk. Called LG and they were no help. A new refrigerator shouldn’t be having these issues. Would never purchase a LG appliance again.
