Love the round ice but the inside of the refrigerator is too small. I purchased counter depth and that was a mistake. The ice in the door clumps up often.

The buying experience at Best Buy store is good. There were store managers to assist me during the time. They helped me with different options and helped me complete the purchase. I am reducing one star here because the store managers miscommunicated how the price reduction works. They gave me a bunch of gift cards instead of price reduction. Now I have to buy more to make use of the reduced price. Refrigerator itself is amazing. Looks good, easy to use and clean up. The middle drawer is super helpful for frequently used/need stuff from the refrigerator. I have been using this only for a month now. Hoping this won't get into any issues.

Ordered in March, delivered in April and I'm writing this in May. Was excited to recieve this and wanted to wait to write the review after 6 months but here's why I'm only giving 3 stars. After having it for a month: the refrigerator starts making LOUD buzzing noises off and on which are annoying. Since it's over a month, we had to contact LG since no YouTube videos helped since our issues. We are still waiting to hear back on a date for them to fix this refrigerator. Second issue is the craft ice. The craft ice doesn't make pretty cubes. They ALL have those flat bottoms and take forever to make. Lastly, the dividers in the bottom drawers should "lock" into place. Instead, they slide everywhere which is fine but the ability to lock them into place would be so much better. We use the dividers to divide our frozen vegetables and meats... It's a pain when they slide crooked or don't lock because our items slide all over the place so we find them to be useless. Overall a good refrigerator but after 6 weeks with it installed and having issues, I'm not a happy camper.

If your looking for a change in appliances this is it. I love the black stainless. The middle drawer is the most used part on the refrigerator (just so convenient). You won’t be disappointed with this purchase.

Works as it should, ice makers are great, plenty of ice. Shelf adustability is the one thing that could be improved.

We replaced a 5-yo Samsung fridge that we absolutely HATED! The old one was also counterdepth and had the same door-in-door and drawer features. This fridge uses the same space so much better. People say the craft ice is gimmicky, but we love it and ours comes out mostly clear. The door ice maker actuall freezes the ice too. And there’s plenty of room for fresh cooks like us who buy as we go and hate processed food.

Nice Fridge. The in-door ice maker adds a lot of extra space. Only things I dislike are the temperature of the water (only slightly chilled), and the freezer is pretty small. The convertible drawer is nice, though.

This refrigerator/freezer has ample room and the convertible drawer and door in door are great features.

Ice in door will clog up after a while if left door is opened frequently. Wish it had a deli compartment. Door shelves are really shallow. Otherwise, a nice fridge.

Great refrigerator. Once you have had a door-in-door it is hard to not have it. Added bonus is the craft ice! Very pleased.

Pretty good ! But space on the doors shelves are very narrow. Other than that, it’s a good buy. Love both ice makers!

I love this refrigerator. It's the first time I've ever had a French Door. The Door in Door allows me to access things I use frequently without opening the refrigerator, which saves energy. I also appreciate the middle area that can be programmed for deli or for frozen items. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Love it. The refrigerator is counter depth, so it's easy to see everything. I especially like the door within a door and the adjustable drawer. It works well, is easy to use, and looks great.

I am totally satisfied with my new refrigerator! Also, the delivery was on time, and the installation done in a professional manner. However, I must say I was very upset with your employees who came later to remove the previous refrigerator. It was too large to move through the doorway without removing the doors. Your guidelines specified the doors should be removed if the opening was too narrow. We told your employees this, also. They instead tried to force it through, damaging the doors. Then our claim was denied.

The Craft Ice fridge is pretty cool! The craft ice balls start after 36-48 hours and keep coming. The center drawer is flexible and the door-in-door feature is nice for beverages.

We are in love with this refrigerator. The craft ice is so nice to have for cocktails. The ice/water in the door is very convenient. The lighting is also very nice inside of the fridge. Everything is easy to see. the middle drawer temp controls are a nice feature.

My water is never cold, and it stopped making ice. I had to call 4 times, to ask when they Will repair thhe fridge. My fridge is only 6 months old. Costumer Serve said why now you are telling us about it. I told them, the weather was was in January, so i didn’t need to use the ice maker nor cold water. LG really doesn’t stand behind their products. I had a Whirlpool and it lasted for 25 years. I don’t have a 3,500 dollars fridge for 6 months and i have no ice nor cold water. Summer is here and my fancy LG isn’t providing me cold water. Very disappointed……. I have notice mostly is a 5 stars review. But i am giving 3 stars as being generous.

Love Love this frig. Size is perfect. And the ice is amazing!! All my neighbors come by and want to borrow the big ice! Purchasing the frig was a breeze at Best Buy. I will be back for more purchases.
