So far, the fridge is everything I expected. I love the door in door. I would have given 5 stars but because it is so expensive I am only giving 4 stars.

We are in love with this refrigerator. The craft ice is so nice to have for cocktails. The ice/water in the door is very convenient. The lighting is also very nice inside of the fridge. Everything is easy to see. the middle drawer temp controls are a nice feature.

My water is never cold, and it stopped making ice. I had to call 4 times, to ask when they Will repair thhe fridge. My fridge is only 6 months old. Costumer Serve said why now you are telling us about it. I told them, the weather was was in January, so i didn’t need to use the ice maker nor cold water. LG really doesn’t stand behind their products. I had a Whirlpool and it lasted for 25 years. I don’t have a 3,500 dollars fridge for 6 months and i have no ice nor cold water. Summer is here and my fancy LG isn’t providing me cold water. Very disappointed……. I have notice mostly is a 5 stars review. But i am giving 3 stars as being generous.

This refrigerator is wonderful. Is runs very quiet and relatively quiet when the ice falls, even in the craft ice maker. The doors are easy slide to close, like no refrigerator I have ever had.

We were worried that the counter depth design wouldn't hold enough, but it's laid out so well, that it's not an issue. The sleek design makes a statement. The craft ice is a great bonus!

I am very happy with my new 22.5 Cu. Ft. LG 4-Door French Door Counter-Depth Refrigerator with Door-in-Door and Craft Ice plus the PrintProof Stainless Steel surface.....amazing!! There is spacious room available with this refrigerator and with the very nice interior it makes keeping it clean is so fast & easy! I would recommend if you are looking to replace your fridge you really must look at the LG 4 Door and, working with the personnel at Best Buy was great!! They helped us find a fridge that really checks all the boxes for us! Thanks to David & all for making our purchase pleasant and finding a "Best Buy" that works great!

This is fridge is hands down the best fridge I’ve used. The ice balls (guest will be surprise it’s from your fridge). The middle draw is very handy and save room for your main compartment. Have to go with the black stainless steel. One thing is that I didn’t realize the scratch I had on the top right of the LG logo, it’s noticeable (I got the black stainless steel). Double check when they deliver. The people that deliver could not get the box through the door so they had to take it out the box. Also the bottom of the fridge had a plastic damage. Double check your fridge!

Love this refrigerator, we really are enjoying the craft ice maker. Middle drawer is very functional for both beer and party trays.

Black stainless steel unit is attractive and counter-depth is perfect for our space. The conversion drawer, door in door and craft ice is the icing on the cake!

We love our new refrigerator. The efficient design makes it feel significantly larger that other units is similar or even larger capacity. The icemaker is perfectly designed. Everyday ice cubes are a great size for drinks of all types and the crushed ice is almost like a Hawaiian shave ice. But the craft ice cubes are life changing. No more filling up siicone ice molds to make large, round cubes for cocktails.

Love this frig! The middle drawer that I can convert the temperature is aa definite plus and the craft ice make is great!

So far this refrigerator is a charmer. It’s roomy and easy to access food. Overall it runs quiet. We especially like the drawer for easy to grab foods.

The ice maker can keep up. The door in door is nice to get to the items we use most. I wasn’t sure about the convertible drawer, but it keeps us from having to open both of the French doors to get to cheese and deli meat. We also like the measured water dispenser although the outlet being in the front is not the best design when you have skinny containers.

Very sleek. Plenty of space. Love the craft ice. I am using the covert drawer as fridge and use for deli, cheeses, 3rd area for drinks. I am very happy with the door in a door feature (I wasn’t sure why it was needed), and I wouldn’t want to go without it now! Freezer space ok, but I have a freezer in basement so fridge freezer is perfect for most used items. Black Stainless Steel is gorgeous. Don’t hesitate to get this..with the extra money.

Our LG counter depth French door fridge is great. Door in door feature is awesome allowing us to reach in for sodas or small items. Shelves have a lip in front to help prevent spills. Fingprint resistant finish is nice also. Extra drawer that is convertible to a freezer is a nice touch. Craft ice is nice for entertaining and kids all enjoy using them. Large pocket for water or ice in door accommodates for a pitcher size mug or glass which makes refilling large water bottles easy. Great design and functionality. Would recommend for anyone looking for a counterdepth fridge. Looks great too.

Extremely happy with this new LG 22.5 CU Ft 4 door French Door Counter Depth Refrigerator. This replaces my two previous Samsung versions whose ice maker continually froze up, even after a service call that replaced all the parts. Overall this has more usable features and no ice freeze up issues. Delivery and installation were terrific. The guys who handled the removal of the old Samsung and installation of the new LG used covering shoe booties in the house and masks, answered all my questions, very professional. I recommend this LG refrigerator.

Love this fridge! The extra drawers for snacks and kiddo items is awesome. The door in door is also a favorite feature. I was afraid with it being smaller than my old fridge in cubic feet that it would limit my storage it is actually well designed and I have plenty of space. I have a garage freezer so the bottom freezer drawer wa adequate.

We switched from a side by side to this 4 door and at first it took a little getting used to but after a month we are very pleased with this refrigerator. I'm still not a fan of the bottom freezer drawer because I feel things can get lost or buried but that is just my opinion. Overall, this is a great quality fridge and was well worth the money! A little added bonus that I was unaware of until after using it for a week was the ice ball maker in the freezer!

Everything I was looking for in a Refrigerator. Works great, only upgrade I would like to see is the ability to produce more than 6 craft ice balls a day. That's because they fit perfectly in my water bottle so I use them up.

Best refrigerator we have ever owned! Fits perfectly in our kitchen and the door-in-door feature is great. Craft ice too! Perfect for our family's bourbon drinkers! Although it is only 22.5 cubic feet, it works for just 2 of us and we have a second refrigerator in our utility room.
