We switched from a side by side to this 4 door and at first it took a little getting used to but after a month we are very pleased with this refrigerator. I'm still not a fan of the bottom freezer drawer because I feel things can get lost or buried but that is just my opinion. Overall, this is a great quality fridge and was well worth the money! A little added bonus that I was unaware of until after using it for a week was the ice ball maker in the freezer!

Awesome fridge. Craft ice is great. Some of the door shelves are small but would still buy again.

Love the counter depth. This way I know what is in there and nothing getting lost! Love the dual option drawer.

So far so good. Delivery and installation by best buy was superior as always. Craft ice takes a while to build up a stock pile but are a nice addition. The in door ice is much quiter than the previous fridge we had. This counter depth model is a bit taller than standard due to its size so make sure to measure the existing height opening. I had to shave a quarter inch off the bottom of my cabinets for it to fit. Totally my fault for not measuring but I wanted this model so it wasn't an issue.

Love this frigerator. Very roomy refrigerator area. The conveience of not having to open the frigerator to get quick drinks etc is nice. Freezer is a nice size and the two ice makers are great. Negatives are door shelves seem to be a little off what a perfect size would be to get that extra can in there and some on the door shelves are too skinny to hold most any item that isn't particularly thin.

Love the no fingerprint technology and the craft ice maker. The plastic holders on doors too small to accommodate condiments ie salad dressing bottles etc. wish I had chosen larger cubic feet refrigerator. This fridge has small freezer compared to my old LG fridge.

Love the craft ice machine additional to the regular one. Nest of all is the convertible middle drawer from fridge to freezer.

Great option for craft ice. Wish the shelving was deeper

The refrigerator is flexible with having the drawer that can be a freezer or chiller. The door in door feature which I turned into a beverage center. It’s great to have the option so the kids can just grab a drink without having to open the main door.

The fridge looks amazing and using the Door-in-Door is very convenient. However, it's only a few months and the ice is starting to freeze over when using it and it seems to be getting stuck on the chamber. In addition, the meat freezer is lacking enough space for meat or other frozen items.

Great fridge! Love the door in door. Was a total Kitchenaid/whirlpool guy. This swung me to LG (At least for the fridge) The smaller cu ft for counter depth takes a little getting used to but no big deal. We overbought and wasted anyway.

Beautiful looking appliance, works very well. The craft ice is amazing.

Good refrigerator. Easy to set up and install. Wheels on the bottom really help. Love the dual ice maker with the cocktail ice spheres coming from the freezer. Wish the light would stay on a bit longer when using the dispenser.

Love this refrigerator. Really enjoy the door-in-door feature and that I can adjust the shelving. The middle compartment has provided more room in the main refrigerator than expected, and the flexible option is a great bonus. I was concerned the stainless finish would show a lot of fingerprints, but that's not the case. When smudges appear on the finish, it is easy to clean. I'd buy it again.

Great refrigerator love the kraft ice fearure quiet and efficient

The LG black stainless steel is beautiful, and this is a well-designed refrigerator. Even though it is counter-depth, it has good storage space. The craft ice feature probably takes up too much space, but it is kind of delightful. The ice/water dispenser works nicely with no splashes or drips (so far). We also like the middle drawer that can be configured for various purposes as needed.

Great look and function. Small problem with vertical seal between French doors slipping down. YouTube to the rescue. Just add about 1/16 inch under the guide at top of doors.
