Beautiful refrigerator, live the craft ice, perfect addition to our kitchen!

Love the refrigerator, just not a fan of the small compartments on the door. Nothing really fits there. But the rest of it is great.

The fridge is beautiful; however, it seems to rock when I opened the doors. we had the installers check the level, and the floor. Everything was on point, maybe just a defective alignment in the fridge.

Overall we are very satisfied with the LG Rerfregirator and Washer/Dryer so far.

We have the 5 year warranty on our LG Refrigerator and continue to have problems with it not staying cold enough. We can't trust it to keep items frozen in the freezer. Within the first year the LG repairman came twice but wasn't able to fix the problem. We had the Geek Squad guy to come out (Just after the first year we owned it. He put a new part in the freezer but it still don't keep the freezer cold enough. I believe there is something going on about the automatic defroster causing the problem. The temperature constantly goes up and down but never down to the degree that we have it set on. This is the third refrigerator we have purchased from Best Buy. The first one was Samsung which Best Buy took back as a lemon. We then purchased an LG which was also a lemon. Best buy took back the first LG then we purchased another LG which we have now and it is terrible! Good thing we still have our old refrigerator (Kenmore) which is over 30 years old and has never given any trouble other that having to replace the ice maker a couple of times. We also have a Whirlpool Freezer which is at least 50 years old and has never given a bit of trouble. I would love for Best Buy to take this LG back and we might be able to get one made in Germany rather than South Korea. I am told that they make a good product.

I love the design but the ice maker is still producing a plastic film. The water pours clear but not the ice and I have discarded the ice regularly since the purchase.

Great refrigerator with a ton of features. We upraded from an old refrigerator with the bare minimum fearures. LG Thin Q app is a great option for these smart appliances.

Not overall happy with this LG model. Have to turn the thermostat on freezer to -4 and fridge to 34 to keep my food cold. The freezer thawed overnight after one week. Had temp at -1 at the time. Ice maker is loud.

Excellent LG product. Looks good in our new kitchen.

My only disappointment is that there wAs not enough consideration given to the readability of the apps on the door. I have to use a flashlight in order to read them. In my opinion this design needs to be upgraded for the refrigerator to be more user friendly. The light for the flex door could be brighter as it does not really light that area guide enough. The French door refrigerator in all other aspects meets my expections,

Owned this frig about 6 weeks now. We really enjoy the middle drawer (flex space). The oversized round ice cubes are awesome. We like the door with the glass for viewing and quick access. One minor downside is that the shelves inside the left door are very narrow. Only select items fit there. Overall, a big win for our family of 5.
