    This fridge was okay. The fridge doesn't get as cold as how I wanted. The ice plus gives me some problems.

    The fridge is great but the customer service is absolutely awful. We were supposed to get the black version and they sold it to us out of stock. Didn’t have a fridge for over a month. When they were supposed to deliver it. We ended up having to change fridges to this one… paid a difference for the same fridge… they said we will get back the difference and when we got the new fridge they said no… spent over 12 hours on the phone to get a fridge etc..

    I am not happy with this item best it been delivered damaged. And in order to get the order completed and final installed, had to call customer service to get a replacement to replace the damaged item. And now I have to wait another week to get a new frog when I already had to wait 2 weeks. It needs to be replaced in 24 hrs.

    Love the fridge. It is counter depth so there is less room vs. a standard fridge.

    Freezer quit freezing 2 days after the 14 day return period. Incredibly disappointing. It started working on its own a few days later. I will never fully trust it and I'm stuck with the unit.

If your unit has stopped producing Craft Ice, we recommend checking the following: Make sure the Craft Ice feature is turned on in the ThinQ app or on the control panel.

      Confirm the freezer temperature is set to 0°F or lower, as warmer settings can affect ice production.

      Try resetting the ice maker by turning it off for 24 hours, then turning it back on.

      Ensure the water line is properly connected and the water filter isn’t clogged or overdue for replacement.
