We love this refrigerator. It does all of the refrigerator tasks well, but then you add Wi-Fi connectivity and the round ice cubes for even greater enjoyment.

I love my new refrigerator. It is the best one I have ever owned. I love how I can get the milk, juice, creamer, etc from the outer door. The party ice feature is a big plus.

Purchased this refrigeratior a few days ago. So far so good. Craft ice is really convenient feature. Also, the addicional tray that can be converted for different uses is amazing. Happy with purchase

Its may not be the luxury brand Wolf or a Sub Zero, but for the average working class family, it’s a super nice refrigerator and show stopper. Everyone compliments me on it all the time. It does not disappoint. It keeps my food/drink cold and fresh! It’s also plenty spacious (22.5 counter depth) provided it’s not to feed a large family. I think it works for a family of 2-4 people. Any more than that might require the next larger size same style model. (28). I pray it lasts for many years to come!

Just purchased for a remodel, this was a replacement for another LG model with doors that hit cabinets when opening. No issues with door clearance with this fridge. We like the middle drawer and overall set up - this is our first counter depth fridge so we're getting used to a little less space, but overall it's working well.

Great fridge, has two different ice makers. One does regular ice and the other makes ice balls! Inside the fridge is a bit small. But love the see through door.

Two months in - I love this fridge so much! Two ice makers are fantastic, especially the craft ice. A little short on freezer capacity, so I'm using the center drawer as additional freezer space.

I have a small kitchen and this refrigerator is sleek and elegant. Fits perfectly in my space without over powering the space. I love the extra door that you can grab your mostly used products without opening the full door.

It’s been less than a month since I have purchased and hooked up the LG refrigerator. So far everything is great the space in the refrigerator is much more spacious than my previous side-by-side. Freezer has more room but not as much room as I thought I would have gotten but still no complaints. If I had to choose one thing, the icemaker on the door does not store many cubes. I had a few people over and after the second person fill their glass with ice there was none left. Luckily the craft ice in the bottom freezer got me through the evening. I did t think I would like or use the instaview feature as much as I am. Great access for things I open fridge often for.

I really like the refrigerator - the drawer, the InstaView, the craft ice, the color, etc. It is smaller than the fridge I had for years and, while I love that it fits better in the space, I haven't yet settled on how to arrange the shelves to work best for me. The factory arrangement makes some spaces difficult to access, so I need to experiment, but I have family staying with me for about another month, so I'll just wait. As for the value, it is expensive to purchase and I could have purchased a fridge for less, but it had the features I wanted to have and, like anything, you pay for what you get. I LUV my new fridge. Been using it for over a month now and so far it meets my expectations. I love the door-in-door feature and I am sure it will save on my electric bill. The drawer comes in handy too and will save on my utility bill. I hardly ever open the refrigerator because I keep items I use most in the door or the drawer. I wasn't a big fan of the craft ice until I saw it. My son was the one who wanted it and I am glad I listened to him. I had read the reviews and was afraid I would get the small balls or oddly shaped balls but we have large round balls of craft ice!

Good fridge and does the job. It looks great and I get compliments on it. The only complaint is that the craft ice is not perfectly round like advertised.

Ive only had this fridge for a month but so far i love it. Counter depth may not work for a large family but its perfect for me. Love the craft ice and the middle drawer i use to chill wine. The obly negative is it seems very light and moves easy when you pull on the door. I love the smart features too but the black ss is probably my favorite thing, just beautiful color

I liked the new fridge but only had it for two weeks. I am worried that LG will breakdown from now discovering the compressor has history of failure after 1-5 years. I don’t know if LG has fixed this or not. I’m disappointed sales person at Best Buy recommended LG if they are not reliable. I rated 4 stars in hope to be proved wrong and my fridge will hopefully not breakdown prematurely. No refrigerator costing $3,500 should fail in 8-10 years. Aside from potential compressor issue, features are decent on this fridge and design looks beautiful.
