    We were really impressed with the utility, aesthetics and functionality. Unfortunately we are experiencing malfunction of the freezer. We have had to throw out our food on two occasions because the freezer never maintains appropriate safe temperature settings. We are requesting a new refrigerator.

    Long term user - 2 years and first issue started. Error code with fan function. Expensive repairs

    Door came damaged.

    The item came damaged. The installation team noticed a dent in the front left door. They called and set up a ticket for a replacement. However the next day I was notified that this model is no longer avaliable and would need to select a new model. I wanted this model so I asked for a replacement door. They said they part would be there over night. However the next day the GeekSquad representative said it would take 6-8 weeks for the part to get here. That was 3 weeks ago and I have not heard any update.

    Ice Maker issues

    I received my refrigerator on January 25, 2023. I began to experience issues with the ice maker in April. To date, a repair man has been out 3xs.

    Cheaply made, plastics easily break

    Filled with cheaply made plastics that break easily. Our air filter cover broke the first time I tried replacing it and a new cover is $100. If you want quality you need to buy something else. I hate the overpriced refrigerator.
