    Less than 1.5 years of purchase getting a FF E error on the panel. Water and ice dispenser does not work when error pops up. Have to inplug and plug in every so often. Too new to be having this. Other than that a decent quality fridge

    This fridge is the best ,The problem is with delivery the refrigerator had slight multiple scratches on both sides of the door ,Best buy tried to give 120.00 off a 4000 fridge sorry thats totally unacceptable They should have offered at least 750.00 off so now i have to wait until dec 7 for a new fridge and not even the one I ordered so there giving me a lg studio for 250 more again not my fault i just think i will cancel all of it let them pick this one up and go else where bad sales at Best buy also Im am an elite member means nothing to them

    We love this refrigerator. The only drawback is, the craft ice tastes odd. I can only describe it as dirty tasting. LG's response was to put the ice in a Ziploc bag. Not very helpful.

    Freezer quit freezing 2 days after the 14 day return period. Incredibly disappointing. It started working on its own a few days later. I will never fully trust it and I'm stuck with the unit.
