First I want to say, I love this fridge. It's fun, shiny, lots of different ice, and the middle full convert drawer and instaview is awesome. 3 days after getting it, however, I was putting a couple magnets on it from my fridge before. One of them had a stronger hold than the others and when I moved it, the area got scratched. By a magnet. While the scratches are light, you can still see them in the light. Also, it's supposed to be fingerprint resistent and you can see lots of prints. I'm keeping the fridge because I love it, but..I'm so bummed. Hopefully I can find a way to buff the scratches out or get a light paint for it.

The only reason I rated this as good and not excellent, is because of the space you lose with the counter-depth. Although, aesthetically, it is beautiful and the "knock" feature coupled with the door in door is awesome, there is just not enough space in the fridge part nor the freezer for me. I find myself yanking the freezer open thinking there is more to it, but unfortunately there isn't. This is coming from a person that has always had a full size fridge and now opted for the counter-depth, due to the placement of the old fridge when we recently bought our home. And while I don't regret the purchase, I kind of wish the return/exchange on appliances was longer than 2 weeks. I would have replaced it with the full size even though it would have stuck out more. So, if you need room in your fridge, get the full size, or at the very least consider getting a deep freezer...I am glad I already had one because this fridge fits the minimum at best... I now dread Thanksgiving leftovers... :(

Beautiful frig. I love the ice makers. Great purchase. I just can’t get the water to stop at the set levels. Couldn’t find instructions for that issue.

This is my second LG door-in-door fridge. I liked the first one enough to buy it again when the compressor went out on the first one. It looks good and is very functional. I do not believe the round ice is worth having. It makes about 3 balls a day. The new one only has one sliding tray in the freezer instead of 2 as before. 2 was better. The 2 large crispers are better than the 3 smaller ones from before. The celery fits! Now you have to change a button to get ice or water. Before, there were 2 spigots without pushing anything. I have more than once failed to see which button is pushed & instead of ice, I got water. But I will learn. I bought the fridge for the door-in-door because it looks good and holds things we use daily. The top outside drawer is wonderful. I keep cheeses on one side and meats on the other. You can see what is there at a glance. I would buy this refrigerator again, C Wheeler Edmond, OK

Love this fridge! It works so well and is very nice. Only thing is it’s noisy when it’s dropping the ice but oh well. They probably all are.

Overall, this is a great fridge! We love the craft ice feature. The only issue so far is that things fall behind the middle drawer and it's hard to get back there to retrieve items.

Looks great, love all the features and the counter depth size. But after just a few months the craft ice maker already broke.

This is the second of this exact model that we have purchased. The first one had issues with the lower “Craft” ice maker. And with temperature variance. The repair person thought this particular refrigerator that we got through an appliance company had been returned and then resold to us. LG sent a refund to us and we bought a newer model of the same refrigerator. The newer model has been great! The ice maker is working well and I particularly like the middle drawer which you can make a freezer, a wine drawer or just more refrigerator space. The upper doors and long shelves also are good especially for long pans or plates.

Great fridge, has two different ice makers. One does regular ice and the other makes ice balls! Inside the fridge is a bit small. But love the see through door.

It’s been less than a month since I have purchased and hooked up the LG refrigerator. So far everything is great the space in the refrigerator is much more spacious than my previous side-by-side. Freezer has more room but not as much room as I thought I would have gotten but still no complaints. If I had to choose one thing, the icemaker on the door does not store many cubes. I had a few people over and after the second person fill their glass with ice there was none left. Luckily the craft ice in the bottom freezer got me through the evening. I did t think I would like or use the instaview feature as much as I am. Great access for things I open fridge often for.

Good fridge and does the job. It looks great and I get compliments on it. The only complaint is that the craft ice is not perfectly round like advertised.

I purchased this refrigerator because I wanted one that would not stick out so far from the wall. The measurement is a little deceiving which is the reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating. My space should have been perfect, but when the refrigerator was delivered, it was too wide for the space. I had to hire a carpenter to make the space larger. The refrigerator is beautiful, just make sure that you have a wider space than what the dimensions show.

I love this refrigerator. The door in door feature is great. And the fruit and vegetable drawers are nice and big so they hold a week’s worth of salad fixings. We purchased it from the outlet store as “open box”, but there was no additional damage after delivery. There was a minor problem with one of the freezer handles that had a stripped screw, but got it replaced and it works fine.

So far we love it. The bottom had a small ding when delivered. The 2nd ice maker is a bit deceiving. It only makes 4-5 cubes per day and took 3 days to make the first one. They are bigger and look cool, but we are not big drinkers, so its ok. Make sure you know the top of the unit has a 2 inch high by 6 or 8 inch mechanism on top. We had to send it back and have our cabinets cut out to make it fit. Then the return and storage gave us a dent.

Love the ice maker both of them. The refrigerator overall is as nice as I expected.

This is a beautiful fridge and compliments the kitchen. Got "counter depth" so it flows well with the layout and doesn't stick out in the walkway like most do. If I had one complaint, it's the ability to connect to wi-fi through the LG ThinQ app. Still haven't figured it out, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

The regular ice maker and craft icemakers are awesome. Very happy with this purchase. Not able to store too many items, though.

Beautiful refrigerator… However, it’s not as sturdy as some of the older refrigerators. What I mean, is I am concerned about it tipping over…. After having this fridge for less than a year the craft ice maker had to be replaced. The air filter is difficult to replace/remove. I actually, broke it trying to replace the filter. Slightly disappointed..especially because of the cost $$ an the issues I have encountered.

Managed to have to replace a refrigerator every seven years. The quality on this is great. Only downside is there is no down light for the water ice feature so it’s really easy to spill when you can’t see where your cup is situated.

Kind of costly for what it is, but it is without a doubt a great fridge.
