Does the job that you would expect of any new refrigerator, plus it has great features. I can monopolize a shelf in the half door for my healthy foods and leave the rest for the family. I like the organization.

Overall very happy with this fridge. The shelves don’t go back far depth wise, but with the additional drawer in the middle for other things I don’t need it. If I had more space in my kitchen I would’ve bought the same fridge, but the model that has more depth.

Huge interior space, the door to the door is really convenient, and the space inside is pretty well designed-- that being said, the ice machine has trouble keeping up in this Las Vegas heat and all of our requisite consumption to remain hydrated

This is a great refrigerator. It looks great and performs well. The "knock to see" window is a nice feature to save energy. The ice maker works perfectly which is why i replaced my Samsung. Very happy so far.

Replacing our old GE refrigerator with a new LG InstaView! The double knock feature allowing the inside LED lights to turn on, and the multi-drawer w/ french style doors is the jewel of our kitchen now!!!

I love this fridge.. I was so worried downsizing..but it's deceiving how much room there actually is. I love the half door..so you don't have to open the whole door..and love the middle draw for all my veggies!

The compressor went out, luckily this has a 10-year warranty and was replaced by LG over two weeks later. The menu panel where the water/ice dispenser is located is deteriorating again - already been replaced once. Needs replacing again and because the warranty expired after four year, it's going to cost $230 to replace it. Don't waste your money on this piece of junk.

Kitchen space and function updated with counter depth refrigerator and dish washer. Ran into trouble with wall on side, but lucky had ability to shorten wall enough for full opening of French doors on fridge.

Excellent choice, I love the many drawer compartments. Delivery was quick and easy. I used Best Buy home advisor Jacob, not only did he assist me with my questions and choices, I was able to order my 4 appliances right from my home.

We bought this to replace an older Sansung that had issues with the compressor and noise. Hope this one is better, and so far so good. Looks nice, easy style, and more room than it looks like.

We purchased this new fridge after YEARS with a small basic fridge. We considered this an investment. When it arrived it had a 3" impression on the front of the door along the edge of the glass. Service tech called in for the damage. They left the fridge so we could use it. The next day we opened the door and the unit was still hot. I had to call for repair. The mother board was bad. The part was overnighted but we still had the fridge for nearly a week without being able to use it. Now that it works (we have the old dinged one still) we are happy with it. Will be more happy when we have one that is perfect.

Man it looks pretty doesn't it? Glass door and everything. Just after a year of ownership the compressor went bad. An LG tech came to the house and replaced the compressor. Make sure any appliance you buy from Best Buy, please please purchase the extended warranty.

I never had a fridge with so many features. I love the triple compartments. Being able to view what's in my fridge without opening it is great benefit to save power when I don't what I want from the fridge yet.

We owned an LG refrigerator before and after a recent move were in the market again. After a great deal of research on units with the freezer on the bottom, we found this LG and have had a great experience. Highly recommend.

I replaced my ge profile with this refrigerator, they are the same size but I seem to fit more food and beverages in this refrigerator, it’s only been a month but so far so good.

So far so good, however, the wifi feature is not so easy to set up. I love the color i chose but didnt realize it would make the room a bit darker, just something to consider if anyone likes a bright room.

Nice and sleak look. Brings good look to the area. Samsung must re-do something with the design it doesn't store as many things I originally thought the size of this refrigerator must do.

Really love the new matte finish that is different than any other brand out there. It doesn't show fingerprints and seems easy to clean. We get lots of compliments on it.

The WiFi is silly but the customizable center drawer is a great feature we keep that drawer at 33 degrees and keep drinks in. Ice maker provides lots of ice and dispenses nicely. No complaints and highly recommend.
