I bought this refrigerator online and was not sure if I would like the two drawers in the freezer section. I have been living with this appliance for about four months and it's great! Things don't get buried in the freezer anymore. The drawers inside the refrigerator work well and there's no annoying beep when you keep the door open for a short time. I am glad that I bought this unit.

Love my new refrigerator. I love the counter depth and it looks beautiful in my new kitchen. I can find the food easier and food doesn't get lost in the back of the refrigerator. Hilda Tanis

This fridge really seems to have more space than it's replacement that was similar size. Love the water and the ice maker not taking up space inside the front doors.

In the middle of a kitchen remodel, our good old Kenmore broke down in its temporary home in the dining room. We wanted this LG 4-door refrigerator for the new kitchen, but I assumed it would not be available in our accelerated time frame, which was before all of the frozen food was lost. Best Buy had the model and delivered it in two days. We love the layout of shelves - much more efficient storage than the 30 year old Kenmore.

Love my new fridge. Especially the 2 drawer freezer and the large drawer in the refrigerator for deli/ platters. The guys who came to install were super - maneuvered the new one into place without making a mark on floor/wall (unlike the guy who removed the old one!). Had it connected and working within minutes. All COVID safe as well with masks/ gloves.

Good refrigerator. Still going strong more than a year later. We replace the water and air filter as recommended, and I recommend that anyone who purchases this refrigerator does the same as it keeps it running nicely (I.e no odors, clean fresh water and ice). My only complaint is that the ice dispenser does not produce as much ice as I would like it to. I recommend purchasing ice trays or supplemental bags of ice if you purchase this refrigerator.

The refrigerator is amazing, worked very well for my space. Even though it's counter debt size, it is very spacious inside. The total tech people from bestbuy were amazing! Very clean, fast and uncomplicated! Definitely recommend getting their service, you will enjoy the peace of mind AND know your appliance will not get damaged.

Love our new counter width refrigerator. Its quiet and the double door freezer is a real bonus. I dont miss the extra room in our old frig at all.

Great in fridge water dispenser. Lots of space. Easy to move shelves. Great ice maker. Some extra ice build up if freezer gaskets are bad. Easy fix.

Really love the refrigerator after only 2 days. I like the space, room for a gallon of milk in the door. I love the cold water and ice maker. It looks pretty good in my kitchen too.

Very happy with our purchase. The counter depth really opens up the space in our kitchen for traffic flow. Fridge is quiet and we can hardly hear it running. Our fridge is right up next to a wall so the right door can only open about 90 degrees. Because of this the deli drawer doesn't come out all the way. Not that big of an issue as the drawer still comes out about 80% of the way. Ice maker struggles to keep up with our family during the summer, but I am sure that won't be an issue in the winter

We have other LG applicances that we've had good luck with. Great refrigerator so far. Fit in a smaller space than most refrigerators, but make sure that you can open the door against any wall. We needed to use a bumper attached to the wall that hits the refrigerator door at the hinge. This would be true with any french door refrigerator. The capacity is fine for us - we are a 2 person household with grandchildren that come over. If you have a large family, you might want to make sure that it has enough capacity for your family.

Ex Samsung appliance owner here... LOVE THIS FRIDGE! Fridge is solid and so well built! The drawers slide easily and dont jam, shelves are solid, door shelves are excellent! The water inside the door is not something I even realized I needed in my life, but SO glad I went with the clean front and water inside the fridge with Ice in a bin in the middle drawer.

I have purchased this fridge and am very happy with it. I had so many nightmare problems with another popular brand that this purchase is such a relief to have. I love the storage space in the fridge. And I love that the icemaker and water dispenser are inside the fridge and not on the outside.

Very nice interior & exterior. Great lighting. Plenty of room for the size. Temperature is constant. The only reason I gave it a four star is because the ice maker does not make enough ice. If we used more ice than the approx 20 cubes per day we would run out of ice. If we had guests and served drinks, we would have to go buy ice. Our previous frig made ice at such a rate that some times we had to cut off the ice maker. The manual says to use the "Ice Plus" feature to increase ice production, but it doesn't seem to produce more than without using the Ice Plus feature.

Love this refrigerator , sleek and classy look. Lots of space for a counter refrigerator. I highly recommend

Nice fridge!! Love the extra space you get from the French doors. Water dispenser inside is a nice feature.
