The refrigerator is amazing. The vegetables and fruit stay fresh. Extremely quiet and the door alarm is extremely helpful. Freezer drawers are awesome.

I've had this fridge for about 18 months. I still really like it. It looks great. Counter depth don't have as much storage, but looks and fit better than a full size. I like them two freeze drawers, it helps not having to dig for stuff on the bottom. Sometimes the ice maker seems to get stuck and I have to turn it off and on.

Very convenient fridge, beautiful design, silent. I love the gain of space thanks to the inside water provider (you save a lot of space in the left door !) Entirely magnetic for those, like me, who love putting magnets on their fridge ! The ice compartiment takes a lot of space but you can always desactivate it if you don't like it,

Good amount of space with a built in water dispenser/ ice maker and it looks great, what more do you need?

This refrigerator is great. I like having the water inside the door. There is plenty of room for everything I need.

The refrigerator is good, but the the installation by Best Buy was not the best. The refrigerator was installed but the top handle on the freezer was loose. In addition, I found that the right side French door would not close without a push. I called Best Buy and they sent the "Geek Squad" to address these issues. They did tighten the freezer door handles, but they immediately said "Lady, we don't adjust the doors. That is done in the factory. We are ordering a new one". I was shocked that I would be getting a new refrigerator for what appeared to be a door adjustment. But they did order it and it was delivered by contractors to Best Buy. The contractors took out the original new one and replaced it with the replacement new one but said to me "This is the way the doors were designed. All of them are made this way. You just have to make sure you push the right side door a bit harder than the left side door". The delivery guys were very informative whereas the Geek Squad guys who should have known that my complaint did not really require a replacement. They wasted Best Buy's money with the labor to deliver two refrigerators and to have to sell as open box the first refrigerator, when in fact, it was designed to operate the way it was delivered. The Geek Squad guys were not helpful (other than requesting a replacement), whereas the contracted delivery guys were much more helpful and informative.

Inside water dispenser works very well. 2 freezer drawers neatly organized. Ice maker creates crisp cubes. Really happy so far, stopped at 4 stars since still relatively new purchase.

Our fridge was barely functioning, and I needed a new one fast. This was in stock, had good reviews, and fit the space. Delivery was smooth, but they did not adjust the front feet. The refrigerator is fantastic. As others have said, the ice maker produces very little ice in a day. We rarely use ice, so this is not an issue for me. My main complaint is how small the freezer space is. If it were all one big drawer, it would be more usable, but splitting it into two drawers leads to a lot of wasted space. It fits almost nothing.

I love the way the refrigerator fits into my countertops. The shelves in the French doors are very roomie and have lots of options for different levels. I like the double freezer using the bottom for larger items and not accessing all the time. The top is great for all the items that are used daily. The only issue I have is the ice maker does not make a lot of ice very quickly. We use a lot of ice daily and have to buy bagged ice.

I like the two freezers, easier to keep track of what I have. That was a problem I had with my old one. All that wasted food,cost me money. The two gentlemen who brought were very good at there job. I like my new microwave better than old one.

Its a great fridge, but it is small. Not enough room if you want to store more than a few things, they sent the wrong model so we are waiting on the same fridge just bigger model. I will say the bins on the door are great, big, more than enough room, and the fridge is very quiet.

Love the refrigerator, space is great, size is perfect. Only negative is at the bottom door does not have a light.

Love the look! Took me a bit to get used to filtered water on the inside of the frig. But, sure is nice to not have water marks running down the front. Also, the doors don’t close automatically. You actually have to make sure the doors close. I would think if you had little kids, the frig. door might be left open a lot! It will beep if open too long. The counter depth looks great but takes some getting used to the size. Not much freezer space.

Perfect size for my kitchen, looks great and I've gotten several compliments. I thought the dual freezers are just a gimmick but now that I've experienced it, I've realized the value. It's so much easier to organize my frozen food. I put regular use items in the top freezer and longer storage items in the bottom. This way, I'm not constantly digging through stuff. Fridge is super quiet and has exceeded my expectations

Great no frills countertop depth unit. Ice maker in the freezer frees up door space. Quiet running and nice stainless finnish.

Great Fridge! I've recommended this fridge to family members and we've all gotten it and have great reviews about it. The ice machine works perfectly well and does not have any problems like my previous samsung fridge that would constantly present new problems. Extremely spacious and would definitely recommend.

Excellent build quality. Great lighting. Nice deep shelves on each door. Given it’s a counter-depth, we’re still very happen with the depth of the main shelves and flexibility to adjust them. The ice machine works perfectly. The purified water dispenser is convenient and works excellent. We enjoy have the middle drawer for quick access to items that need to be chilled or kept frozen. All-around very impressive frig for the money spent.

Large refrigerator space with more than enough space on the door for milk cartons and juice. Perfect for young families. The downside is small drawer space for the freezer that is a deterrent for shopping in bulk Especially for meats. You basically have to choose between ice cream and veggies . I have had to repackage my meats into zip loc bags

Love this fridge! So much space in the refrigerator section, and we really like the interior water dispenser.
