Buying this fridge was the best decision we made with having the water tap on the inside of the fridge makes it so that our kids don’t leak water all over the floor. Best Buy was very wonderful with the delivery team they were very professional and even had a good time while installing listening to music and cleaned up all the messes and didn’t even leave a scratch on the floor. Happy with this purchase.

Nice refrig. Our former one died and we needed one fast and did NOT want the water tap exposed to the outside in the door. We prefer internal water tap as with this model. We wish the shelves were height adjustable. Big mistake by LG that we have to live with their choice for shelve heights, not ours. Otherwise a 5 star unit.

I picked up the refrigerator from the local Best Buy, hauled it to my home and installed it myself. It is working great and we like all the features. We have had it for a month. The best part it the counter depth. The second greatest thing is that they gave us a smaller second refrigerator for free.

Bought this LG frig when our 17 yr old Amana died over Thanksgiving with company visiting...... Delivery guys were AWESOME. JT & Remington took exceptional care bringing it in through the front door and getting it into place. My husband and I both love the two drawer freezer config and the LED lights inside, plus the French door style on the top. All 6 drawers in the doors are deep and fab too.

Losing front mounted Dispenser: it gets gross, takes up too much potential shelf space inside, and the door space left can only fit a couple of small condiments. I bought this fridge to replace a larger model and I’ve gotten so much more space. That being said, the 2 drawer freezer is a good concept in theory but I think if it was one drawer it would gain a more room. Quality leans more toward the lower end(more apartment/builder grade feel), but I knew going in. Free yourself from the frontal dispenser, I thought I heard a Choir sing when I was able to put a gallon of milk on both sides!

This is a beautiful refrigerator. The stainless steal finish does not leave finger prints behind. There is so much space for a counter depth fridge. The ice is cubed and is in the top freezer drawer. The water dispenser inside is wonderful. We love this refrigerator.

Very happy with the purchase. The water fountain inside the fridge is a great feature.

It's perfect for what we need. We have three grown adults in the house and this gives us the space we need, looks good and doesn't stick out too far in the kitchen. It's LG so I expect it to last a long time, plus it was a good deal for a counter-depth.

This refrigerator is so much better than my former one. So far it holds the temperature and the ice maker works. Not sure the freezer is 0 degrees as the setting says because the ice seems watery on the outside. Will be checking that. I’ve only had it for a few days so still holding my breath

After multiple unsuccessful attempts to get the Samsung counter depth refrigerator, I cancelled the order and opted to go with LG counter depth refrigerator. I’m so glad I changed it to LG. It fit perfectly in my kitchen and looks amazing, plenty of room inside.

So far so good. This counter depth refrigerator really makes a difference vs the standard model we had. If you value the look of your space, counter depth really is worth the extra bit you'll pay. We put the older fridge in the garage, so we still have plenty of fridge at the home.

Purchased to replace a failing 90s-era GE standard freezer-on-top fridge. For the fresh food compartment, we are enjoying the French Door access, the abundance of space in the door shelves, which leaves a lot of space available on the regular shelves. It used to be a burden to search for food in our old fridge. Now with all this space it's much easier to find what we're looking for. We also enjoy the LED lighting. For the freezer, having 2 separate compartments does make finding things there somewhat easier, but overall we could have used more freezer space. We would've liked some of the excess fresh food space to be allocated to the freezer, and we're now placing items we previously would've frozen into the fresh food compartment. I was told this is a way fridge mfrs sell more standalone freezers. We are not down w/ that philosophy. Knocking off a star for that. Full disclosure: We've not yet hooked up the waterline for water dispensing/ice making. We're still doing it old-school so can't report on that yet. Overall: So far, so good

This is a good refrigerator, we bought one during COVID and it didn’t make the cut, had freezing issues, bought a new one and had had no problems.
