This is by far the best fridge we have ever owned. Due to where our kitchen island is we had to have a counter depth. We couldn’t be more pleased with the look and functionality. Huge upgrade from our three year old Samsung that just kept literally breaking down.

Like the design overall. Not many options on shelf height and until I realized I could put my gallon Apple juice in the door thought I would have to leave out an entire shelf. Tested the water from the internal dispenser and even with a new filter only removes 10 ppm from the tap water. I do like the freezer design for ease of access but seems like it has less freezer storage than my previous top freezer model that was fewer cubic feet. Seems to produce ice a little slow and not sure how the sensor works but wish it would fill the bin fuller. Still pretty new to me. I like the appearance but wish the freezer had a little more space. There is a function to make ice quicker for 24 hours but have not tried that yet. I like it but don’t love it. Maybe it will grow on me.

Really love the design with the freezer drawers. More practical for me. Lots of space for a counter-depth. Ice maker doesn't fill up. Maybe there is a way to change the volume?? It just makes a small volume of ice. This replaces my 10 year old LG that suddenly had a fan issue. That was the first problem in 10 years. Plan on fixing it for the garage.

I love the refrigerator part. Large, easy to find all. The freezer section, while large is not as easy to organize. I chose no ice maker since Billerica water is full of chemicals and blocks lines even with extra filters, and the placement of ice trays is not convenient. I am still happy with the unit and glad it doesn't talk to me or is connected to anyone.

Great fridge. Love the two drawer feature for ice box. Have whole kitchen with LG appliances and the finish is low maintenance and always looks great. Shelves are easy to adjust and gives lots of flexibility in arranging contents. The digital adjustments are logical and easy to use. Would buy again without a thought.

was a great purchase and this is huge! Only needed to purchase the additional water kit to connect to the old water line but other than that I highly recommend this refrigerator

Great refrigerator. It’s counter depth, which is why I wanted it. It easily fits everything with room to spare. The only thing is it doesn’t seem to make ice very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Really like that the water dispenser and ice are inside so that valuable door storage is not taken up by ice maker. Door storage bins are great with plenty of space for gallon milk containers and make lots of smaller items easily accessible...only wish they were adjustable. Also would like the crispers and deli drawer to be larger.

This fridge is very good. I wanted the water dispenser on the inside and it works very well. No leaks after filling a glass. The ice maker is a little slow to start but it gives enough to keep up with me. The fridge is roomy, lighting is excellent,and i am pleased with LG.

This is the perfect refrigerator for my home. It has enough space to hold groceries for the whole family. The freezer space is wonderful. It was easy to install. Best Buy did a perfect job.

We live our new fridge. The favorite part is the small Drawer for ice. I love that we can open the drawer and get ice that’s not mixed in with food!! Where has this been all my life!!

My initial thoughts after one month are the refrigerator has nice stainless, the split freezer is a great feature, and the unit is very quiet. A few things I miss are a closed butter keeper and a split shelf to accommodate y'all items when necessary. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase.

I purchased this refrigerator a month ago. I find that it’s very spacious . Cleans easily, especially with the stainless steel exterior. A simple wipe and it sparkles. One slight issue I noted was with the filter cover. It is a little loose. Otherwise I am very happy with the purchase.

We love our new LG counter-depth refrigerator. We like that the freezer has 2 drawers- the ice sits in the smaller top drawer and makes accessing it very easy when the freezer is full. Internal water flow is a bit slow, but that might just be a me problem as I am using a saddle valve for our water connection.

While this was not my first choice for a fridge, was looking at others on clearance, it is a good choice. Went back and forth on water on the outside of fridge or inside like this model. So far so good a month into the purchase.

Great refrigerator. Everything works like it should. It has a lot more room than our previous standard refrigerator. We don't have to rearrange everything when we add items any more.

it's a perfect fit, and it looks elegant in my kitchen. the double draws sure make things easy to organize. the inside is spacious and bright.

Excellent product. Deeper door shelves and shallower inside shelves mean more items are readily accessible. Delivery and set up is fast and efficient. Interior ice maker and water are efficient and much less likely to fail. This refrigerator went on sale after delivery and Best Buy refunded the difference!

Installation went smoothly and getting it up and running was super easy. It's also incredibly quiet!
