Bought a open box refrigerator all it had was a small minor ding on the botton door handle so they gave me a bug discount nothing else weong with the refrigerator everything else works and is in excellent condition thanks to best buy for delivering even though i lived no wheee near the store they showed up on time and installed my refrigerator

I usually buy Samsung so I was nervous about buying an LG but I love it! The cold water dispenser and the ice are both inside which is new for me, but it saved me $400 compared to another unit that had everything on the door. I also love that this is truly fingerprint proof! Unlike my last Samsung that had to be wiped down 10 times a day!

Very nice - like the convenience of the two drawer freezer. Four stars because the produce drawers seem flimsy

The refrigerator is great so far. I’d love to give a review of the internal water filler and ice maker but since Best Buy told me not once, but twice that they could add a water line for me and did not I pretty much have an $1800 refrigerator that keeps my stuff cold….

Very nice. Looks clean and elegant. Easy to find everything. Nice deep door shelving. Drawers perfectly arranged. The two freezer compartments are great. Ice cubes are nice - still do not know how it knows when the container is full. The inside water filler is so nice, and there is no wasted space with an outside system. Overall, just a beautiful and welcome addition to our home!

My family loves this fridge. I do with there were a bit more freezer space, but having the two drawers is great.

This unit is much larger inside than any refrigerator I have ever had. The door shelving holds a lot of larger items than anyone would think, therefore you are left with lots of inside shelf space. I had a much larger refrigerator before which didn't hold as much.

Nice size gets cold and nice design freezer is kind of small

This is our first french door refrigerator and I wish we'd just gone with another side-by-side, or top or bottom freezer type. The doors don't try to close by themselves and you need to be aware to kind of push to ensure closure; also, if you close the wrong side first, the other side won't close at all. You have to make sure the mullion on the left door is folded in for it to work properly. The ice maker is only BARELY adequate for two people - very, very slow to make ice. There is always a thin layer of ice on the side of the ice basket...surely that can't be right. We thought it would be nice not to have the water/ice dispensers on the outside (a cleaner look), but I find I don't really care to have to open that left door all the time to get filtered water. If you load glass jars on the left side, you'll find the weight actually makes the door unlevel, so you have to "balance" your items in each door. We had to use shelf space instead of the door storage for a lot of stuff. There is a removable rectangle at the top back of the refrigerator labeled "Multi Air Flow". The store told us this was for an air filter - none came with the unit, so I called LG Customer Service to ask what kind of air filter we needed and would they please send one since we didn't get it on delivery? The rep was very sweet, but entirely clueless, and directed me to the WATER filter, kept putting me on hold to ask her manager. She kept trying to tell me my purchase was associated with my son's name and address (he had bought an LG TV some years ago, and had warned us he had been unhappy with their service, but...). She finally supposedly created a "new" account for us (I think). I was on the phone for an hour, finally thanked her for trying, called back and spoke with somebody in sales who told me this model does not REQUIRE a filter...<sigh> The LG sales guy volunteered that LG Customer Service Reps aren't really very well trained. It looks nice, and we like the counter-depth feature. It's pretty quiet. And it was delivered in 2 days which we appreciated since our old fridge was about to die. The sales person was very nice.

Love the design of this fridge. The in-door storage is great deep and convenient. The inside water delivery works great and the filter is easy to access for quick replacement. The dual freezers is very handy, as the ice is up higher, in the top drawer and we keep things we access less often in the lower drawer…things like meats. We’re also loving the LED lighting on the inside of the fridge.

Happy with this fridge. It’s quiet and the space inside is utilized well for a smaller fridge. Best Buy has been excellent. Looks better not having a fridge sticking out too far like my previous one. Bought a separate freezer for the garage for the food I cook ahead and sticking up.
