I've had this refrigerator for about a month now and it is quiet and works flawlessly so far. The employee that helped me load it onto my trailer at the store did an excellent job.

Wonderful fridge, just what we were looking for. Don't be afraid of open box items, they are great.

Like the layout and food stays fresh. However I find the parts are wimpy and crack very easily I've had two issues in the first year where the door and drawers needed replacement parts because of falling off or cracking. And now the freezer drawer doesn't close properly thus creating ice around the perimeter of drawer. So think twice.

Great fridge and looks so beautiful! Unfortunately the panel showed an error code 3 hours after delivery. Called Bestbuy support and I was told that the compressor fan is not properly working. Offered a technician to come and fix it or a replacement. I chose replacement and happy with it! Awesome fridge!

Overall love it. I don’t understand all these “too noisy” posts, they must be fake reviews from competitors....this fridge is ultra quiet. My only complaint is that I wish the shelves were a little more adjustable, especially on the doors.

We’ve only had for a week but love it so far. I was concerned with it being counter depth that we would lose too much interior space but we have plenty of room for everything.

Just an excellent refrigerator/freezer. It was problematic with the first installation, but the second installers did a great job. We couldn't be happier with a refrigerator.

Really great fridge, looks good, good performance.

If a refrigerator unit depth is more than 32”, you may have troubles to move the unit into the house through the standard-size door! The main problem is the handles on the refrigerator door that add additional 2-3”. The delivery team will not disassemble the refrigerator door handles or the doors to help with the move.

I really like that seemingly because if the air flow and textures that I don’t see much condensation blocking my view of what’s in my drawers and in the door cubbies. This is much better than my previous LG fridge experience.

Just what I wanted. Everything at your fingertips. No bending or moving things around to reach the back to get at something. It is well lit and easy to open and close. It looks beautiful in my kitchen!

Product works well. Day of delivery, we got a call to advise of a delivery time withing30 minutes. That was helpful!! Delivery guys were pleasant and knowledgeable. Took great care when making the delivery as to not harm flooring or pictures on the wall. A great experience!!

Transaction conducted friendly and professionally. The same for installation. I returned to Best buy on Labor Day to see if the price had been reduced. It had and I was given credit for the price reduction. I wouldn't buy an appliance anywhere else.

Very quiet, shelving has a lot of flexibility to move and adjust for different products. Doors and drawers open and close very smoothly. No light in the bottom drawer is not a big deal - unless you are swiping ice cream in the middle of the night!

I love my new fridge!! Everything about the lay out is perfect. The movers we prompt, efficient and friendly. Over all, it was a very positive experience.

I really appreciate having the dual refrigerator doors that open at eye level. The two Freezers make a nice his and hers compartments.

The Best Buy associate was very knowledgeable. It was easy to order in the store. The refrigerator was delivered when promised. We are enjoying our new refrigerators and would recommend it to others.

We love everything about it so far. Looks very good with the stove dishwasher and microwave.
