    I like big ice tray in freezer section. It makes enough ice for a family of four and i use it everyday to make ice coffee, fruit smoothie with crushed ice and cold coke with ice in a hot summer day!

    The door in the left closes to fast and everything in the door rattles, but everything else is working fine, no more frozen food in the refrigerator side as of today 8-4-2020

    Roomy refrigerator even at counter depth. Fantastic water filtration as well. Only downside is the ice maker. Seems to build up frost. Every couple of weeks I have to chisel it off.

    Overall, a good purchase, but takes space. In our 1960’s galley style kitchen, it reduces available space to allow the doors to open. It was not inexpensive and it took awhile for delivery.

    Delivered in November 2020. Reported issue with the freezer freezing up in mid December. Best Buy geek squad made multiple unsuccessful attempts to fix. In February were referred to LG. LG repeated all fix attempts and failed to correct issue. Long story short, after multiple follow-up calls to LG, which also has poor customer service, finally in early May 2021, LG approved replacement. As a result of the Covid pandemic backlogs with deliveries, we will not have the new refrigerator delivered until July 2021, we hope!? Question. Why the Best Buy maintenance agreement not replace our refrigerator immediately and they deal with the manufacturer? Best Buy did not make the effort to replace for customer satisfaction but pawned us off to LG. We have made multiple purchases over many years from Best Buy. Best Buy just does care to satisfy customers and LG is just as bad.
