A Frustrating Experience with Best Buy

The delivery team told me, for me case, I would need 4 technicians to accomplish the installation job. Tried to request a 4-people installation for 4 times. Best Buy never sent the 4-people team to my place. In the last 2 attempts, the 2-people installation did not even bother to come, just told me you should contact Best Buy to reschedule again on the phone. The last call I gave Best Buy was a disaster. I was trying to confirm whether there would be a 4-people team showing up at my door step since I was told in a previous call that I should receive a call with a confirmation from the installation team. The Geek Squad representative just kept reading me a note is in place and a confirmation from Best Buy and even told me he wasted 26 minutes on talking to me. That was really some attitude a call representative could throw on you. I will see what happens tomorrow, which would be the 5th attempt. Dealing with such an issue is ridiculous for me as an Elite Plus Member.

Water taste like plastic from the water dispenser.

Ideal for small kitchen space. Inside Water dispenser flows fast so be cautious of excessive splashing or water spill.

Died completely after 2 years. Refrigerators should last longer than 2 years. Absolutely do not buy LG premium care warranty, they jerked me around for months. Google the class action lawsuit LG had to settle.

Bad/Defective water filter design.

My issue is with the onboard water filter located in the upper left side of the fridge. Apparently there is a known defect in the filter housing on the fridge, it becomes out of alignment when you change the filter. When you call LG you get a foreign call center, that's no help at all, that tells you that even though your fridge is only 2 years old that it will cost you $495.00 USD to fix it. Again a "known defective part" that they won't recall but want you to spend $495 to fix it. Buyer beware.
