Not good fridge.

One of the doors swings shut loudly. Water dispenser not working well, even though best buy checked the line. Best buy excellent for electronics (TV, etc..), but not sure if I will get appliances from them again.

Not Good

Fridge did not keep temp consistently was always going over 41 degs with normal use. Ice maker did not keep up. Returned it for different brand.

Great fridge, great price !!

The refrigerator portion of this unit is awesome, well lit, size is great, and easy to organize and holds a ton, especially in the doors! My only con, is the size and space available in the freezer portion. Wish it had a little more space to freeze a few more things, but will have to eat more fresh food :)

Buyer Beware!

It will not keep ice cream frozen, even at the coldest setting. It barely makes ice, and when it does, it melts. It cycles through keeping food frozen to thawing, which is very dangerous. This is clearly a health hazard! It is only 19 months old and I have already had the compressor replaced and I am ready to make my second service call. I am very disappointed with my purchase since I spent over $2,000.00 and might have to replace this refrigerator.

LG french door refrigerator - what a disaster

I have heavy frost in both drawers, thick ice on bottom of freezer under the lower drawer, causing difficulty in opening the drawer at all. Geek Squad recommended returning the refrigerator; I can get a replacement one in two months. I hope I can keep the thing from freezing completely shut before then.

Say NO to LG.

My freezer crapped out after a year and a half. Called a local repair man who told me LG has the most issues. I have been dealing with the LG warranty now and working with LG customer service is a nightmare. I will continue to buy from Best Buy but i will never buy an LG product again.

Rotten Food!!!

Choose Samsung, you will be much happier with your purchase. Ice maker doesn't produce much ice either.

Water and ice is useless

The ice and water taste awful. We have dumped ice by the bucket over 20 times and the water has probably been about 15 -20 gallons and still tastes like plastic. Worst purchase ever.

Do not purchase

Refrigerator and freezer broke after a year (the only thing that works is the interior light) and LG customer service is VERY slow. I've been without a working refrigerator for 6 weeks.

Waiting so long for ice
