temperature bounces around all over the place and is very inconsistant even within the unit. Six degree difference most times between top shelf of refrigerator and botoom shelf of refrigerator ( above the drawers )

Freezer component keeps going out and needing repair or replacement. According to the tech this is a thing with these refrigerators - almost all new refrigerators, in fact.

Bottom drawer, freezer is ice buildup,very hard to open and close. Not very happy at all. This is second LG refrigerator in two and half years. I wil not buy LG again.

Beware. The spec reads 35 3/4 wide when it is 36 inches wide. The delivery was a disaster . The man did not wear a mask and got mad when I asked him to do so. Also was very rude to my wife and myself to the point where I told him to leave the house.

Unable to obtain warranty service due to a freezer problem.

Loud! Stopped working after 14 months.. Best Buy and LG won’t help! Do not purchase

Door doesn’t shut correctly. Waiting for a replacement. When new refrigerator arrives will then review. It’s to arrive May 1

Refrigerator looks nice but the doors do not seal properly.

Purchased a lg kitchen suite.. the doors slam shut all of the time and the counter depth option is too small.

Water Line / Icemaker was not functioning correctly. Best Buy support has to be some of the worst I have dealt with. This may be a fine product, but I would purchase it elsewhere.

Sent this back to Best Buy. It never got cold and the water tasted terrible.

The light on the Bottom door does not turn on when the Bottom Door is opened.

For 2 people I think this fridge is more than enough. Also, since there is no ice-maker in the upper fridge section there is so much more storage space available. Its nice having the freezer section split and the ice cubes it makes are a perfect size.

I am so happy with this unit - very well designed for easy organization and access. Love the double freezer and counter depth too - no more "lost" food in the bottom or back of shelves! Beautifully designed and runs very quiet. Supremely happy with this purchase and BB folks were great to work with.

We went from a refrigerator with the water and ice dispenser in the door to this model with the ice dispenser in the freezer and an internal water dispenser. I miss the convenience but love the fact there is more room in the fridge section. It’s bright and the water dispenses quickly. Down side you lose space in the freezer section because of the ice maker.

Happy with this Fridge Purchase. Only complaint is small freezer space. We ended up purchasing a 5.3 cubic chest freezer which solved freezer space problem. Love the ice maker now that we figured out it has a sensor that allows for ice container to fill only about half way. Because we now have the space, we placed another ice container next to it and frequently move the ice to the other container and the ice maker makes plenty of ice now. As far as this being a finger print free stainless steal, I think we ruined that by removing the plastic coating that covered the stainless. Saw it lifting at one corner, so started pulling it off. later realized I think that was the "special coating" for print free. I wish I'd left it on for a longer trial, as my grandkids do finger print it regularly, but it cleans up easily. If that coating was the only thing that justifies it being print free, I have my doubts that it would have lasted. I love the inside water dispenser, has great water pressure, but water does not come out very cold. I wanted a fridge that had the ice maker in the freezer, no more external dispensers for me. Makes much more sense to have the ice maker as part of the freezer and not taking up precious fridge space. Consequently, the smaller freezer space, but fridge space and shelving adjustments are great.

We Purchased this from pacific sales in carlsbad , and their sales rep., Janel, helped us select it. She listened well to what we needed and showed us this refrigerator which we had not seen before, and after we looked at many others, we came back to this one and could not be happier. Thank you Janel! The counter space sized model fits our kitchen much better now than our previous, larger sized one that we were replacing. We were concerned about downsizing with a counter size, but the food is more accessible now because of the particular layout of this model. The ample sized door shelves store all of our bottled condiments sauces , drinks, milk, & butter that were harder to find in our other refrigerator. And on the inside we have plenty of room to easily store and find our fresh produce, meat, cheese and stored leftover overs. The water dispenser connected inside the refrigerator allows us easy access to filtered water when we need it without having the ice maker taking up Valuable Storage space inside the door. It comes out quickly, and has no leak issues with it. The freezer is smaller then our other one, but we have room for all we need and prefer the ease of the two drawer pullouts instead of the one large pullout freezer below. , We keep the top drawer with the ice maker for Items we access more often, so we don’t need to open the bottom drawer as often where we keep frozen meat and vegetables. The French doors have a solid close and much improved over our older refrigerator. Only con is the fingerprint resistant stainless steel which is better then our prior model and is easier to clean, but handles still get stained , and we would have preferred a no handles access option . But this is far outweighed by the layout and access provided by this refrigerator

Very nice refrigerator. Spacious 2 freezer drawers and very big area for refrigerator.

This is a perfect size refrigerator with ample room and double freezer. We love the LG brand, which matches our cooktop stove and dish washer.

I love it because it has lots of space in the freezer and fridge part. Like having water dispenser inside and like the ice container in the bottom.
