Love this refrigerator. It’s quiet, roomy and looks great. I did my Consumer Reports research before buying so I feel I made a safe purchase. Love the two freezer drawers below, too. Ample room for everything and I like the roomy separation (goodies in top drawer, staples in the bottom). Best feature of all is the ice water dispenser on the inside of the frig. Didn’t think I’d like it but it’s neat, efficient and doesn’t splash. And I don’t even mind digging for ice cubes in the freezer below. Do it enough times and you get a rhythm going. I give this refrigerator a thumbs up.

This is a beautiful refrigerator. Plenty of room for myself and my husband. I love that it does not show fingerprints and that it is counter depth. It's so nice to be able to open either or both doors and everything is at eye level. The 2 freezer drawers are a great idea and makes it easier to locate foods. I did not expect to fit much in the freezer but it was not a concern because I have a an additional freezer. However, I'm pleasantly surprised by how much it holds. The internal water dispenser is fantastic. It has great pressure, can be operated with just one hand and does not take up any space. The door bins are deep and hold way more than any fridge that I have ever owned. So far we are not happy with ice production. I have been slowly adjusting the freezer temp lower to see if it improves. Today I was going to ask for service but I just read on the LG troubleshoot page to lower it all the way to -4° so I just did that. If this does not work, I am to request a service call. So that's what I'll do. It makes ice, but even after being away for a couple of days the bin was still not full when we returned. Also worth noting the ice cubes are square. I like them so much more that crescent shaped cubes my last freezer made. All in all, we are very happy with this very quiet unit.

We went from a very large fridge to this one that was counter depth to get a more built in look. I was surprised how much space it actually had! I love the middle drawer with the ice machine. Freezer items don’t get lost in a deep drawer. The internal water dispenser is great as well! Delivery was fast and the delivery/set up crew were very friendly and did the job fast. The only negative I have with this fridge is that the bottom drawer doesn’t have a light. Otherwise an excellent purchase!

This replaced a side-by-side monstrosity, selected by the prior home owner. that was so ugly to look at. Although, it was called "stainless", it was basically a black fridge with silver colored plastic panels on the front. The LG is grey with a real metal front (I can use my fridge magnets again!) and does not show fingerprints. It also is plenty roomy for me, but I do not stockpile a lot of frozen food. My home has a great room design where the kitchen is open to the living area. The old fridge was noisy and annoying. This LG is super-quiet. I love the in door water dispenser. And the ice maker is more than adequate for me.

My previous unit was Kitchen Aid French door, counter width fridge, with the same exterior dimensions (15 yrs old). This LG is much quieter, cools more uniformly (items next to the back wall don't ice up), and has 4 cu ft more interior space. The dual drawer freezer is very convenient.
The only negative so far is the build quality feels somewhat cheap and less sturdy. The shelves especially are thinner and lighter.

I'm very happy with my purchase. It's my first french door refrigerator but I am very pleased with the amount of space in the refrigerator portion. Very roomy and very well lit. I wear my sunglasses at night when creeping around for a snack. The freezer section has taken some getting used to but it serves my family well. Much better than the side by side avalanche we endured daily. We may have to shuffle things around a bit but never is there a mess on the floor. The ice maker supplies a perfect amount for our family of three on a daily basis. Only complaint would be that the refrigerator doors do not stay open if you are loading quite a bit of iteo at once. They close on you constantly but there are worse things in this life to complain about. Very nice refrigerator!

Love this fridge! There is so much space inside and it is so easy to see everything inside, even at the back of the shelves. The double drawer freezer is great for organization. We have the frequently used items, like ice cream, in the top drawer and lesser used items in the bottom. The only thing missing is a light in the bottom drawer. The water dispenser inside is great because the outside dispensers always leave water on the floor. I do wish the door bins could be moved to various positions, but they are deep and hold a lot, which is great. Would recommend this fridge to anyone.

We have had this fridge for almost a couple months now and we love it. Everything is as good as we were expecting. The separate shallower freezer drawer above the deeper lower drawer is proving to be a nice feature for organizing. The ice maker works well, plenty of ice all the time, although we are very minimal ice users so not really a challenge. The produce drawers are keeping everything fresh and undamaged, which is a great change after the old fridge was wrecking the lettuce, freezing carrots, etc. The wide shallow drawer for our cheeses and such is super nice, since these are flat items and we don't have to dig around on a shelf anymore. The two doors work well for us. Also a great plus, this is a very quiet machine. Very quiet.

We went from a side-by-side LG to this model, and are enjoying the French Door features. Especially the "inside" water dispenser. We often fill water bottles, and the internal dispenser is much easier to navigate than the external door type - no more splashing on the floor. This LG model has features similar to the much more expensive French Door models (bright LED lighting, 2 freezer drawers, easy access to the water/ice filter). Even though it is counter-depth, it holds a LOT, and the two bottom freezer drawers store items well. In the refrigerator area, lights are so bright that t is easy to see everything - nothing gets "lost" in the back. The ice maker is quiet, and I purchased a $6 plastic OXO scoop to make it easy (and sanitary) for the kids to scoop ice cubes. I was looking at a more expensive "craft ice" model, and found it easier to slip a "craft ice" tray next to the ice maker instead - the top freezer drawer is very handy for your "quick" items. The "PrintProof Stainless" really is - and I like that the sides will hold magnets. Note that it takes a good 24 hours for the ice maker to fill and for the water reservoir to get cold (but that's true of any new fridge). Very happy with this purchase.
As with other LG appliances, this refrigerator comes with the Smart Diagnosis feature that can help you troubleshoot an issue with the ThinQ App on your smartphone. I tested it - worked fine.

We love this refrigerator! It fits perfectly in the existing space and as a counter depth, it looks better than the last full depth refrigerator it replaced. We love the clean lines without the ice and water on the door. The smaller ice cubes are nice and can be boosted with the "ice Plus" button, to make more ice quicker for 24 hours at a time. Bright inside and everything fits with more room in the refrigerator due to the ice being in the freezer.

Great looking fridge. Very quiet, roomy, and seems to cool well. The shelves and interior are of excellent quality. I really like having the water dispenser inside the fridge and the ice tray in the drawer. No more water spills and ice pieces all over the floor. My only criticism is the doors slam a bit when closing and I had to rearrange glass bottles in the door and it seems a bit less solid than another manufacturer that we were considering. But, for the price and cost savings, it is a small inconvenience. Hence the 4 stars rather than 5.

I’m someone who does A LOT of research and I look at any good/bad reviews. I’m glad I decided to go with this LG counter depth fridge. It fits nicely in the space and the fact that it’s a counter depth does save a lot of space in the walkway. My main concern with a counter depth fridge was how shallow the space was but it’s plenty of room/storage that fits our needs! I like how it’s a double freezer so I can separate items. The only thing that I would mention to future purchasers are the fridge doors don’t close super softly. It definitely could close nicer but this isn’t a deal breaker for me, but may be for others. I don’t think it’s an obnoxiously loud fridge. Yes I can hear the ice maker from time to time but again, this isn’t deal breaker for me either.

We've only had the fridge a few weeks, so can't speak to longevity. It is quiet, a perfect fit, and has a lot of room inside. Finish looks good, and so far doesn't show any fingerprints or problems. Water dispenser inside and the ice machine work great. Cooling is even, we haven't had any surprise frozen lettuce or anything (unlike our old fridge). Getting used to the two freezer drawers, they seem to hold about the same or a little more than our old single drawer model. Wish we could have gotten it on sale, but it's 2021, we were just lucky to get a fridge that fits our needs.

This refrigerator has so far exceeded my expectations. I bought it without having access to a floor model to check out at the local Best Buy store (or any other local big box store), so relied mostly on pictures and reviews on line. We replaced a bigger, deeper fridge (that broke) with this one, and don't miss the extra space since the storage space in this one is very well thought out. I had read some reviews that the freezer drawers might accumulate frost on the sides, but that has not happened with ours. The Geek Squad technician who delivered and installed it suggested that pulling the freezer drawers all the way out when opening them might alleviate that reported issue. Personally, I like that this model has the filtered water inside the fridge and the ice maker empties into the freezer drawer, as the exterior doors stay cleaner and the ice maker does not get jammed like our old one did, where both functions were accessible on the outside door. We live in a hot, arid climate and use a lot of ice every day, and the ice maker makes enough ice cubes that we don't run out. The doors hold plenty on the inside, including gallon jugs of milk or tea. I also like the ability to put small magnets on the front of the fridge, so my timers with magnetic strips are there and don't get lost. The crew that installed the refrigerator was on time, polite, and very knowledgeable. We are happy customers!

I have had this refrigerator for 2 months now and very happy with it. Just takes a little getting use to the counter depth. I previously had the water and ice on the outside which seemed to always get ice and/or water on the floor and had to clean a lot. I really like having the big bin of ice in the top freezer drawer. One reason I chose LG was the water dispenser inside the fridge has a plate as opposed to a button like most others which require 2 hands just to dispense a glass of water. With the plate, just one hand. Must easier.

It was hard to even consider buying a refrigerator without actually seeing it. This one was better than I expected. I really wanted a counter-depth but worried it wouldn’t hold enough. It hold a TON of food! The bins on the door are huge. Really. Like each one can hold 2 gallons of milk (not that anyone really needs that much milk, but you never know!). Having the two freezer drawers makes it easy to keep things organized. The freezer is not very big and you’d probably struggle if you didn’t have an additional freezer. It holds enough for every day use, but when the holidays come around it will be a stretch to get everything to fit. Fortunately we have an extra freezer, so that isn’t an issue for us. Just something to keep in mind.

he design of this LG (model LMWC23626S) is excellent with features that many other fridges do not have.
1. Extremely quiet: About 45 dB at 4 feet. This is essentially noiseless. The app in my iPhone (Decibel X Pro) says that a quiet home has a noise level of 50 - 60 dB. A quiet whisper is between 40 - 50 dB. My previous fridge, a brand new Whirlpool WRF535SWHZ, had a noise level of more than 60 dB; I could hear it 25 feet away.
2. Touch pad for the water dispenser so that you can fill a glass with one hand.
3. Door shelves are 8.5" deep (Whirlpool shelves are 6.5")
4. Door shelves are at different heights. This is incredibly useful. The wine bottle is a little too tall; no problem, use the shelf on the left door.
5. Temperature settings have an LED display with the temperature in F or C degrees. The setting in other fridges is a number between 1 and 5; you have to guess what a number means in degrees.
6. There is an air filter
7. A chime warns you if the door is open for more than 1 minute
8. The freezer has two shelves. As a result, it is easy to organize the freezer with most items visible at first sight.
You need to decide if these features are worth the price. To us, having a noiseless fridge is extremely important. The Whirlpool reps did not care about noise levels; they claimed that noise levels of more than 60dB are normal.
