    I do not recommend this refrigerator. I bought this refrigerator 3 years and 8 months ago. After 13 months a plastic piece broke off one of the door hinges. A simple fix to replace the part but annoying. At 3 years 4 months the compressor went. The part was still under warranty but not the $525 fee to service the fridge. Now it has completely stopped working again and another freezer and fridge filled with food has gone bad. Now I must decide whether it's worth another service fee and possibly the cost of a different part or if I should just buy another fridge. I won't be buying LG again.

    Pretty nice overall. Like the ability to move shelves around as needed. Good functionality. Wish there was just a little more freezer space, but other than that it's been a good product.

    I love this fridge, but must report a problem with the stated dimensions. With the front wheels on (standard) this is 70+ inches, not the stated 69 3/4. So if you have a space problem, which I did, take off the wheels so it can sit on the feet only. I am very much looking forward to this awesome fridge.

    seems to be less space than my previous fre3nch door model. The bottom freezer drawer keeps building up ice on the ledges and sometimes pools of water on floor. Will need to call LG. Wish me luck...

    The freezer comparments do not keep food frozen. The temperature rises to +20 degrees and holds that temperature 12 to 14 hours. LG service has been out 3 times and deemed the unit "unrepairable/unreliable" and requested replacement. LG corporate reviewed the notes and deemed the unit "unrepairable" and denied replacement or refund. After 9 NINE! calls onver 3 months to LG service they still have not provided an acceptable resolution. Each phone call takes about 45 minutes to get through their phone system and re-explain the details each time. Each time we have been told someone would return the call within 24 to 36 hours but no one has ever called back. Worst customer service of any company we have done business with. We have a $2300 refrigerator UNDER WARRANTY that does not work. Would give 0 stars but 1 is the lowest.

    Broken fridge only after 7 months

    We purchased this fridge in 9/2020. We paid over $2000 dollars. In 1/2021 the ice maker stopped working and a tech had to come out to fix the problem. 4/27/21 the fridge now will not cool. We've lost several hundred dollars of groceries. Contacted LG and it took 2 days to get reply. I had to contact them online, via phone 3x in order to speak with someone that was able to help me today (4/28/21). Their earliest appt to come inspect the fridge is May 18th 2021. I live in Seattle, WA and was shocked that it would take so long. The customer service agent was helpful and did the best to help, but as a company I very dissapointed in LG. I cannot recommend or will ever purchase another LG product again.

    Freezer Issues

    Bought LMWC23626S in January 2021. By June I noticed strange noises as well as frost buildup in freezer. Also, my ice cream was soft and the bottom glide rail felt like it was caught on something. I purchased 2 refrigerator thermometers, and the fridge section was consistently plus +38, but the freezer was fluctuating from a low of minus -10 degrees to a high of plus +29 degrees. Fortunately, it is still under the manufacturers warranty. The tech came out during August 2021 and on his first visit updated the software. On his second visit he replaced the bottom draw rail and compressor. As of today, which is less than a week after the compressor was replaced, the freezer temperature seems to be ok, but the Refrigerator is making loud humming sounds. I'm hoping that it is just getting used to the new compressor. Time will tell. Got my fingers crossed that it will be ok, especially after my manufacturer's warranty expires in a few months otherwise I'll be on the hook for at least the labor costs, and depending on the situation, parts also. Labor costs can be very expensive.

    Guys, all LG AND Samsumg fridges work well for first 3-4 years. Then the compressor or water system fails. Live and learn

    I have had this Fridge for 3 years. Do t buy it! The freezer seals freeze over. The ice maker barely works.
