Restricted by space, our choices are limited and this unit was actually 2 cu ft larger than our old one but only 1 inch deeper. Win. Double freezer actually works great for us. Deeper door shelves are amazing. Interior shelf space OK and moving teh shelves a bit of a pain, they lock together (yeah) but are hard to unlock (boo). Overall, it's a nice unit, and the front cleans up nicely, says spouse. This unit displays what temp you want, not what it is, and my old non-digital frige thermometer said it was running at 40 degrees. I bought some digital thermomoters used by resturants to keep health dept happy and found that it was running at 37 degrees, and occassionally colder by a degree or warmer by a degree. Which is fine.

It took me a while to pull the trigger on this. I was replacing a GE side by side counter depth fridge which was part of the appliance package in our new build home. LOVE IT! It's only 1 cubic foot larger than our last one, but the design allows for considerably more space. It's a bit more intuitive than our last fridge as well. I've seen some comments about slow ice maker - we don't have that issue. Really like the way the shelves on the doors are set up. Our cold stuff stays cold and frozen stays frozen - not the other way around - which we experienced with the GE. We've had it about a month and so far so good. Purchased it on sale, then it went on sale again & BB honored the lower sale price - so that made me feel even better.

I love this refrigerator! It’s sleek and simple. The French doors are very spacious with plenty of side shelf space. This is the first time I’ve owned a fridge with the freezer on the bottom. I like it so far! I’m not sure it would be enough space to freeze a lot for a large family though. The water dispenser inside the refrigerator is such an awesome alternative to being on the outside. I find that I have less water spillage now when I get water. I think the fridge was advertised as smudge resistant stainless steel but I do see smudges on it already so I’m not sure that’s accurate. Overall a great fridge for my needs!

I replaced a Samsung counter depth because of 4 years of problems with the ice maker. This LG is sleek and shiny and the ice maker is maker is wonderful along with the inside water dispenser. It is very quiet and a great addition to my kitchen.

Love the counter depth. All parts work as expected. I thought I’d miss an in door water/ice dispenser, but I don’t. Inside access to both is less messy—-no drips down the front/no ice chips remaining to fall on the floor. The size is perfect for the two of us.

We replaced an older model and we are very happy with this one. The water dispenser is great and the storage is exactly what we needed.

Counter depth worked out perfect. Doors open without hitting counter top. Ice makers and Water filler inside work better then expected. Overall great purchase.

This LG fridge is a great size, looks sharp and makes for a nice upgrade to the older freezer-on-top or side-by-side styles of fridges. But you better hope you don't get a lemon... Our fridge died within 6 weeks of ownership. The tech LG sent was been unable to diagnose the problem and required multiple visits (over many weeks) to declare the fridge in need of replacement. It was finally assumed to be a wire fault somewhere? The support line LG has has some of the most obnoxious 'automated' systems you have to jump through to talk with someone - worse than many of the terrible ones we all know and loathe. Service is slow, likely worsened by the pandemic but unacceptable for an item this expensive. Multiple week turnarounds for a key appliance is tough to take. A lot of the reviews here are positive and it is a nice fridge. But if you get a dud, a nightmare awaits you (4+ weeks no fridge on this end, still ongoing).

Love the two freezer draws for quicker access to things I grab more frequently. Refrigerator is spacious with excellent draw space.

Purchased as second refrigerator. Love the French doors. Makes everything accessible. Plenty of space for beverages, produce and food that needs to be refrigerated. Ice container in first drawer is easy to get to and is sufficient for our second unit. Very happy with the purchase.

This fridge looks great and is highly functional. I love in filtered water inside the fridge as well as the two drawer freezer. Great purchase at a reasonable price. Best Buy install was very easy and smooth. They also hauled away the old fridge which was a big help.

In the first few weeks of owning this fridge it has met all of our needs and has been a great improvement for our kitchen. Water and Ice machine work great. Plus there is so much room inside with the larger door shelves.

Has upgraded our kitchen and keeps our groceries fresh and cold. Love the ice it makes, very uniquie and spacious.

I've owned this refrigerator for two years now and it's worked great. The best feature is the amount of large, open fridge space to store food before entertaining. The only downsides are the icemaker and water dispenser. Sometimes the the ice that's just been created dispenses out when opening the freezer drawer. And having the water dispenser inside the refrigerator isn't very efficient when you're entertaining and multiple people need water frequently. In hindsight, I would have preferred a fridge that had an outside water and ice dispenser, but it does look very clean-lined in the kitchen not having that on the outside.

Whisper quiet. Really never hear it at all. But the ice maker is not hooked up yet. I’m sure that will make some noise. Temperature two degrees above setting temp in fridge section but holds it steadily. Both freezer sections are spot on at zero. Takes getting used to, to have to open both doors to get to the cheese/meats drawer but we’ll adapt eventually. Door storage is huge on both doors. Things do slide around and tip if tall like a water bottle but that gets solved as things fill up. Can use our magnets-yay. So far after a month we are delighted!

Love my new fridge! I had a bulky fridge before with a failing ice maker. The new one always has ice. Is air tight and very roomy. Total upgrade!

I love this refrigerator. It has so much space compared to my old counter-depth refrigerator. Love having the water dispenser inside the refrigerator. The ice maker is somewhat slow, but the bin holds a lot more ice than my old one.

So far this fridge has been wonderful. I thought the interior space might be limited because it’s counter depth but honestly the way it’s configured I have plenty of run. Best of all it’s really quiet.

Consumer Reports highly rates LG refrigerators which is why we opted for this brand to replace our 18-year old Whirlpool single-door fridge. This specific model suits our needs perfectly. We wanted a basic fridge with freezer on bottom - no water, ice dispenser or windows on the outside. We’re still adapting to the French doors but like the option of being able to open one side of fridge only. Great spacious interior with extra large door bins and adjustable shelving enabling various configurations. We’re not using the interior water dispenser, so cannot comment on this feature. The ice maker is in the top freezer drawer and works well. The separate freezer drawers allow flexibility to store frequently used items in top drawer - yet the one drawback is overall limited freezer space. We took advantage of a LG “bundle” sales promotion and also purchased a dryer, electric cooktop/stove and over-the-stove wall-mounted microwave.
