We've only had the fridge for a little over a week, but so far, so good. The exterior is a very attractive stainless steel finish. Inside the fridge is very well lit with touches like flexible counters and shelf configurations. While there is a significant amount of space inside, the fridge doesn't come as far out from the wall as you would expect. One of the reasons that there seems to be more space is that the area used in most fridges with this design use to house the ice maker and water dispenser is space that can be used for shelving food. All of the ice and water machinery is housed in the door. While very convenient, it makes for a heavy door that sometimes closes hard. The water dispenser is tall, allowing for larger cups and water bottles. Another nice feature is the ability to select the size of the bottle or cup to be filled. The fridge then fills it with that amount of water. The only drawback may be with the ice dispenser. When using it, make sure to have a cup or bottle with a wide mouth. Sometimes when using it, the ice falls a little to the right of the water dispensing area, causing ice to occassionally miss the cup. We'll get used to it. If anything changes with our experiene, I will update the review.

Love this fridge. The double ice maker is a great benefit. The left door is HEAVY though (bc of the ice maker and water) so it has a tendency to slam shut if you just let go. Otherwise love our new fridge. Counter-depth fridges are expensive and this was a great price for an energy star counter depth refrigerator.

This LG refrigerator is a great product! We are very happy with its performance as love the ice maker in freezer and on door! The gentleman that helped us pick it out at the Best Buy in Savannah GA did an awesome job! Was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful!

This refrigerator is a great product and looks great in our kitchen. I love the standard 2 icemakers and that is why I selected this over all other brands. It was easy to install and handles a great amount of food. Nice product and great value.

We have had this refrigerator for 6 months and we love it. Works great - keeps food cold, makes cold ice, easy to use, and has lots of room. What more can you ask for? This is our 2nd LG refrigerator - the 1st refrigerator is a 7 year old that is still running today in our garage. Love LG!

We had to downsize to a counter depth with out new house so we got the same LG French door style we had before. Quality is very good and it gets the job done. I will have to say that going down to the counter depth is a pretty big reduction in space. The guys from Geeks squad that delivered this thing were fantastic. They took time to properly install and go over the operation. They even gave me a card and said to call them back if there was anything that came up or if I had a question.

Had to replace our old GE that was nickel and diming us for a while now. Went with the LG upon our repairman’s recommendation. Glad we did, this LG looks great and we decided to go with French Doors. Perfect for our needs.

I originally bought a Samsung but after a delivery issue I decided to go with the LG. Best decision I could’ve made! I love the dual ice maker, plenty of space, the door beeps to let you if it’s open too long and WiFi compatible. You can’t go wrong with this!

I've only had this model for one week but am very pleased with it. It's very quiet and keeps everything very cool. Love the capacity in the counter depth model plus getting the extra floor space. The freezer maintains zero temp. Highly recommend.

Solid and well made, great layout. Cools well, overall...very quiet, makes plenty of ice and additional ice maker in freezer is a real bonus. Wish we would have chosen LG from the start. 2 previous brands...not good.

Very happy with this frig, having 2 separate ice makers is a dream! Installation team was on time and quick, they were very careful and mindful about not damaging anything during the old frig removal and the new frig install.

This was bought as a replacement for an old Frigidaire. Only had it for a couple weeks but it’s very spacious and easy to clean. Love that it is fingerprint resistant. It’s nice not having to clean the doors several times a day.

The appliances were just installed so haven't had an opportunity to develop a sense of how they work. *One thing that we did experience is that when the LG refrigerator was installed and the ice make connected all went well until the PG&E (Our power supplier) turned off the electricity as a result of the local fire danger and the ice in the door compartment melted and ran out onto the floor. Unfortunately the design failed to anticipate power outages and did not make the ice container in the door water tight.

Had an old (15+ years old) whirlpool fridge. It was failing. Checked consumer reports. This LG got a really good rating. Bought it & had it installed. WOW! It was like a total quality of life improvement. The French door was something to get used to, but it is so much easier to use and way better quality. This one has a filtered H2O dispenser (you need to replace filters - but use no plastic H2O bottles now), surplus ice feature in the freezer, easy access to filters and fridge ice maker is great. Also be sure to measure b4 you buy. Fridge has a notch at the top for power cord that you have to consider when placing in your kitchen. I highly recommend this product!!!

Very spacious and brightly lit. We are very much enjoying this fridge. Best buy's free installation with Pacific went off without a hitch. Very satisfied with the product & service thus far.

After purchasing a window in the door LG refer my wife and I became very dissatisfied with the storage space taken up by this novelty. Also, the lights in the original LG refer stopped working. So, we traded it in and purchased this LG 23.5 cu. Ft. French Door Counter-Depth refer. Owing to our recent retirement of a older GE refer and the four-day use of the original LG we bought, our appreciation of this new LG refer is based on solid comparison data. It has great construction and a good layout of the racks and drawers. We like it a lot.

I purchased this refrigerator freezer a month ago, and I love it! The ice maker works perfectly. It is a dual icemaker so I am never out of ice. I would highly recommend this

We needed a counter depth refrigerator and being able to see everything inside was important. We didn't want food to hide behind doors and in drawers. We keep fruit in the fruit drawer and vegetables in the vegetable drawer as the labels suggest and appreciate being able to open each drawer fully with only one side of the refrigerator open. It has the best lighting, nice and bright for our aging eyes. Other drawers are very useful for deli stuff and items we don't want to lose in the freezer. The shallow shelves on the left door (because of the ice maker) are perfect for all our little herb tubes and narrow bottles like tabasco.

Fits perfectly in our kitchen. Love the features- ice and water on the outside. Extra ice maker in the freezer. Lighting is awesome inside. Very happy with purchase.
