It’s a pretty nice refrigerator. The craft ice maker is nice. I think it is a bit over priced, but stock was limited during this pandemic.

We love this fridge. The team who delivered it and set it up did a great job. We only wish other Best Buy delivery people were as good. The guy who delivered and set up our dishwasher removed his mask in our home and just looked at us like he dared us to do something about it. That was very unfortunate. Best Buy has good deals on appliances, but you need to pick them up and install them yourself so their delivery people who apparently do not believe in the legitimacy of the pandemic don't put your health at risk.

An absolutely outstanding refrigerator. Silent, perfect temperature, large interior, and the craft ice maker is perfect.

Love this fridge!! My old one was 25 years old, and in desperate need of replacement. Saw this one, and had to get it! The craft ice was a big selling point for me, as I enjoy my Adult Beverages on the weekends. The app is awesome, and allows me to plan for filter replacements, rather than wait until they actually go bad. The freezer could be a bit bigger, but I think I'll just buy less food...LOL!

So far so good. Craft ice is cool. Fridge looks great. Have received lots of compliments from friends. One compalint is that any tall item has to go into the side compartments or you have to move it to the front right shelf to make it fit. This is the only way to fit a bottle of wine in the fridge.

Beautifully designed and fairly good space and size for a counter depth, which is required around here. Not too happy with the bad taste in the ice line. It wasn't installed upon delivery, although the online reps and the phone customer service agents promised it would be. The refrigerator I ended up with appears to be used or has some damage, but its minor, and I am hopeful no problems

Good looking and fine performing refrigerator that keeps contents at a really even temperature (much better than my old refrigerator). Love the craft ice feature that produces the little round balls that are great for keeping drinks cold and looking good. Nice room inside and easy to keep clean. Removing air filter to replace is a bit sketchy and required a service call to accomplish. But all in all, a good refrigerator.

This is the coolest. It makes 2” ice balls for me bourbon. It is also one of the largest counter depth refrigerators out there.

Fridge works great, no issues. Black SS is a very slick look. Fridge is very slightly wider than spec (due to plastic vent covers and slight bulging on the walls). Craft ice is a super cool feature but requires refinement (ice balls are not quite fully formed). Freezer is a bit small. It is very expensive though. At the end of the day its a fridge, so a lot of the extra cost is for convenience features.

This is a perfect fit for our kitchen. Counter depth makes it blend well with the space and does not infringe on the space between the cabinets and island. The Ice maker in the door give you more shelf space and now it seems like there is no food in the fridge because there is so much space. The craft ice is awesome and makes keeping drinks cold easy with out watering them down. Great value for price on this Refrigerator.

Much more room than my old refrigerator. Door shelves are very wide and hold a lot. Craft cubes are great.

Afraid I would be missing some features since I had to fit the refrigerator in a built in space, The freezer makes these cute little balls about the size of a tennis ball. My family loves them because they keep your drinks cool all day in the stainless steel cups. Lot of other features, built in shelves, drawers and it is super easy to keep clean. I can’t think of,anything I would change.

Love the fridge so far, especially the craft I’ve! Best Buy delivery and installation was another story. Guys were in a huge rush and spoke little English, they didn’t level refrigerator or go over setup or use instructions. I bought this from BB after reading that their install crews were more professional than Home Depot… not sure about that.

Great fridge love the craft ice and it’s definitely very quiet.

Compared to a typical side by side, the smaller, less organized freezer space takes getting used to, but the frig area is very nice and well laid out. The small middle tray in the freezer is too small for almost anything to fit without rubbing when the drawer opens. The water dispenser works well, and then preselects for dispense amount are great for cooking. Overall a nice frig but not perfect, especially considering the price.

Awesome refrigerator. Looks great, fits correctly and has all the features I need.
