Great amount of room for a counter depth fridge. Craft ice is a cool bonus feature.

We've had our refrigerator about 2 weeks and love it. Very quiet. Lots of room.

We have had just over a couple of weeks. What I really love about this fridge is the space not taken up by the ice maker! :) And by the way you get craft ice to boot. In the last 5 years I have owned a Kenmore and Frigidaire refrigerators, both having issues and being lemons...arrggggh. Was told LG was best on the market, purchased extended warranty anyway.

So easy to store and locate food items. Love the craft ice maker.

Love the openness after having had a side-by-side for years. Love the freezer with a third pull out shelf. “Roomy”. Love hidden door ice maker giving you more door shelf space. One refrigerator shelf can be folded in so you can place tall bottles if so choose. Beautiful exterior.

This a great refrigerator with much larger area than a normal counter depth due to increased volume. My only gripe is that the ice maker are is large taking up space and makes the left door much heavier. One can feel this when opening the door.

Love the refrigerator but the right hand door doesn’t close by weight left does called for a service from LG when the service tech came said nothing could be done because the right hand door doesn’t have the weight that the left does. Otherwise has nice features and is working great. It is a good thing it has a door alarm.

Ya big for a counter-depth. Ton of features and a really cool ice maker.

We hesitated on buying a LG refrigerator because our former one was only 6 years old and had continuous problems. After looking at other refrigerators of different companies, we decided the LG had everything we wanted: good arrangement and very practical use of shelf space & positioning, good freezer space, excellent internal lighting, and very attractive internal design.

We have had it for a little under a month. We wanted the model below but it kept getting delayed so we got this one. Overall it is a good refrigerator. We haven’t had any issues at all. The craft balls are cool (but only make a max of 6 a day). Water tastes fine. It is not finger print resistant. Definitely can see prints here be there but cleans up well.

Excellent product! Installation went very smoothly and the counter-depth gave us quite a bit more room in the kitchen. We really like the regular ice maker since it is all in the door and doesn’t take space away from the interior. The craft ice maker is ok and good for fun. It only makes 3 or 6 golf-ball sized ice per day.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU PURCHASE. This is a very flawed refrigerator, and I have suspicion that LG engineered it to fail. There is a very common error code that appears on LG fridges called "FFE" which is the freezer fan. This element is only covered under warranty for 1 year, and it will happen at some point. Search FFE, you will see hundreds of posts about it as it is a very common defect. The reason I'm leaving a 1 star is because of LG's unwillingness to help. They charge $400+tax to send a technician to fix it, but they didn't have a tech available in the area. So their solution was to send me a link to their public website to search my area for licensed service technicians and call them on my own accord. I have about $20k worth of LG appliances in my house and I'm disgusted with this treatment. I will never trust LG or purchase LG appliances again.

Once I was able to get the information from LG and get this thing figured out and connect to Wi Fi it works and looks great. Trouble figuring out the craft ice and finally talked to one of the techs i finally understood.

Great buy. Originally bought a different vendor that had issues after 3 weeks. Went back to Best Buy and paid more for this brand and model. Love the craft ice feature. Few times the freezer drawer got misaligned due to too many items but no other issue

Love this refrigerator! Lots of room. Bonus ice maker in freezer.

This is an outstanding fridge. The craft ice is really nice. The only downside of the fridge is that the freezer is a little smaller than I would prefer. We have a small separate freezer in our basement so this was not a problem for us. The fridge looks nice and has great lighting inside. I very highly recommend it.
